Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly that there was no info about the spa - where it is, how it works, fact you need to wear a swimming cap in the indoor pool (you can buy at reception v cheap) or the free classes.
Outdoor pools & beach area all fantastic with plenty of loungers and free towels. Breakfast is the most amazing buffet ever, I’ve got quite addicted to yoghurt with ginger & turmeric. The gym is massive, with loads of equipment & free weights all in good working order. There are free yoga & Pilates classes most days- it’s not well advertised so ask at desk. The sauna, steam, hammam are great, behind reception & can be used multiple times daily. Free bikes & a nice ride into town.

United KingdomDuring early hours of breakfast, there was shortage of staff to take our orders. The tours being promoted by the hotel were far too expensive compared to what’s available online. For example a tour of historic Antalya for 2 people was more than 700€ compared to 150€ which we booked and proved to be excellent.

Fantastic hotel for short break in Antalya. AKRA is a very nice hotel chain and Akra Antalya is perfect for 3-5 days break. Spend extra for the sea view room as the hotel has a fantastic location. Nice swimming pools in and out doors. The see is reachable by steps which could be not comfortable for people with small kids. Very nice reception stuff helpful and accommodative. Good breakfast and dinner buffet - good variety and quality

United KingdomI didn’t like that they haven’t told us that if we use the stuff from the fridge , I have to pay extras. When we was leaving they said we have to pay them 11000Turkish lira which is roughly around £300 . That was ripped off.

United StatesSome of the guests were disrespectful. Taking pictures in men's sauna, loud yelling among large groups (group ethnic eccentricities). But staff dealt with it with subtlety and appropriateness.
The facilities were wonderful. This would cost 3x as much to something comparable in the States. Pools, exercise rooms, hamum, restaurants were all outstanding. Parking was easy. Sea swimming was wonderful.

United KingdomWe booked a boat trip through the hotel and I would definitely not recommend this. They completely ripped us off and sent us on a boat trip that was completely different to the one they advertised to us. The staff working in the reception area at the help desks were not understanding at all and made it very difficult for us when we asked to make a complaint. Had I of been an older guest I feel as though I would of been treated very differently. I was asked to come back to reception on multiple occasions as there wasn’t the right person there to deal with it and every time I came I was waiting 20/30 minutes. Very frustrating when on a relaxing holiday wanting to make the most of my time with my partner as we spend a lot of time apart due to my job. A real shame as this left a very sour taste after an exceptional hotel in every other part.
The location and setting of the hotel is great. The pool space is lovely, and the deck down by the sea is wonderful. Gym facilities were great. Food was great and all restaurant and pool bar staff were exceptional as well as the housekeeping team. Super kind and super helpful

We were delighted to stay at Akra hotel. We had a wonderful three days thanks to the staff and the facilities of the hotel. The cleanliness, comfort of the room, dining options, everything was excellent. Especially during this short but unforgettable holiday, what most impressed us was the friendliness of the staff.
