The wifi was down for two days which was torturing

Breakfast was surplus. Room was very comfortable. Shower worked perfectly well. I think my room was next to a smoker because I kept on smelling the stench of cigarette smoke but it didn't bother me too much

Even though the location of the hotel is close to downtown and in a good area, there was no parking space for the hotel tenants, it was really hard to find a parking spot for my car close to the hotel

The sewing system can be improved, at least in the bathroom that I had.

Breakfast was delicious and varied, with some of the food being changed every three days. I booked that hotel for five weeks because I was in Istanbul for medical reasons and I considered the hotel was good.

A/C was not working and sometimes you can smell the kitchen in the ground floor from the fifth floor and that was really disturbing.

Cleanliness. I think that this hotel have a good potential to present better service than it does (just regarding to cleanliness). I didn’t write anything about this point the first time I stayed. But I think some things should be pointed out to be corrected.

The Staff is amazing! This was my second stay here and I like all of the hotel team🫶🏻

There was little problem in the restaurant tv not working to watch news. Kart to open the room ı stay sometime working sometime not working.

As soon as I arrived, the faucet in the bathroom wasn't working properly, there was no hot water in the shower. After I reported the issue, they repaired it. Breakfast was each morning all the same.

The sheets were clean and they change it according to your hanger. Staff was kind and helpful.

The staff was TERRIBLE, at the point i would go talk to them and they would turn the eyes up for me. Literally EVERYTHING i asked they denied. And i’m not a person who complains you know but they had no air conditioning in my room, the room was smelling like cigarettes SO bad, the phone on my room didn’t work so every time i wanted to order food i had to go down to the reception. I stayed 13 nights so that was a lot. Asked if i could pay in advance and order a breakfast for the next day to come to my room, stuff like this and the answer was ALWAYS no. When i complained about the cigarette smell they just told me to open the window. The window has a protection and can’t be open more than 2 inches. They would not even answer to my “good morning’s”. I would NEVER go back to that place. Oh and the location is the worst possible. The street of the hotel is so ghetto.

The only good thing is that it was clean. Sometimes i struggle to find clean hotels.

The room was clean and compact. The staff are smiling and always ready to help. The employees speak English which is a big plus.

Excellent hot breakfast with many items. Relatively new building. Cable TV with some English news channels. Friendly staff. Spotless room. Modern facilities in bed and bathroom. Grocery nearby. Refrigerator.

Hotel say 4* where as no kettle in the room you have buy tea and coffee and no shops near by very bad location I wouldn't stay again and recommend

The air conditioner is not working in the hot weather and the window didn't open fully. Also, the location of the hotel is not suitable for public transportation.

I would say all the services in the hotel are 7 stars, the staff and the canteen and the cleaner team.
