Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I usually like this hotel so much for the good location, cleanliness and nice breakfast. This time the breakfast was not so nice as before. The room was so warm and we couldn’t sleep. The next day the staff changed our room but still the AC does not work properly so we had to open the windows. I expect a 5 star hotel to have a proper AC.

TurkeySome of the bathroom tools were old like flush button was broken and not working properly. Daughters bed wasn't ready when we reached the room.
Staff was fab, they were very supportive and friendly. They were trying to make guests happy in every condition. Location and view was also great, I recommend river side rooms. If you rent a car then you can reach everywhere with ease. Food was great.

Large breakfast buffet, nice facilities (swimming pool, sport club), large room & bed with view on the city (15th floor). as we had an executive room, we had access to the executive lounge with afternoon snacks & dinner "snacks", closer to a real dinner! Also valet parking available. Comfort at level of real Hilton. well situated in center of Adana, next to the "old" bridge

The staff of the hotel was extremely attentive and kind. They noticed it was my birthday the night we checked in and did a room upgrade and sent a cake and fruits to my room, and also to my coworker’s. It was such a nice detail. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was very good too. Clean and well located.

LebanonI was looking forward to spending some long break hours by the pool. However, it turned out to be a tiny pool, one that does not tempt you much for a swim or a tan.
It was a nice experience heading to Hilton Adana for 10 days of remote work. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast hasd a wide variety of choices. The location was accessible to Adana's top attractions and some of its largest malls.

United KingdomI struggle to think of any negatives to be honest.
I have stayed at this Hotel previously and this stay was as we emerge from lockdown. The location is good in my opinion, not too far from the airport and very near the large Optimum Shopping Centre. I noticed a new huge outside swimming pool has been built since my last visit and certainly enhances the facilities. Still got the inside pool (small) gym and sauna. One main point for me is the staff who cannot do enough for you no matter what it is. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean and are of a good size.
