The location was amazing. This was our first time to Istanbul and location was great. Close to the ferry, Close to cafes restaurants l. It was walking distance to everything. A 10-30min walk to most attractions. A safe neighborhood. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. I would stay here again.

We found nothing to dislike but you must be aware that budget rooms are very small. Fine if you only have cabin bags but would not be suitable for anyone with large suitcases. At first we thought the noise from the nearby mosque might be annoying but it didn’t bother us at all.

Excellent location in a quiet street, walkable distance to many attractions and also close to the tram which is efficient and easy to use. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Kemal who even walked us to the corner to locate our airport taxi, and Sener who also helped us the day we were leaving. The bed was very comfortable and our room was kept perfectly clean.

Sometimes Wi-Fi wasn’t working. There were big marks of killed mosquitos on the ceiling and walls. The curtains don’t block the light in the morning. The pillow was quite uncomfortable (just my opinion).

They tried to make a profit for for the airport transportation(with a taxi which should have a fixed rate but asked us to pay the money to them instead). I accepted their price(it was only 10 euros more than the normal price so not a super big deal) and thought of it as a tip but that wasnt very kind of them.

The isolation was really good, the beds were comfortable and the location was supreme. The staff was also helpful mostly.

The shower had a small leak, the toilet floor would get wet when you took a shower. Small inconvenience. But the rest of the toilet was nice and clean

I love my room, the hotel location is walking distance to the Galataport, boat dock or pier (from Karakoy- Eminonu- Kadikoy) with heaps of restaurants nearby, few mins walk to Galata tower uphill, and I also like the free coffee and hot chocolate vending machine on the 6th floor with nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to Farouk and the other guy in the front desk.

The room’s hvac system switched from cooling to heating twice and once was in the middle of the night and I woke up sweating. My stay would have been perfect except for that.

I felt very safe at the hotel and surrounding area as a solo traveler. I really appreciate that they organized my 2:30am taxi transfer to the airport and walked me to the taxi (hotel is on a narrow road closed to traffic).

The location is great: very central and also in a lively neighbourhood, friendly staff (and they keep you updated via whatsapp). Room was comfortable although it was not very big.

1. Room is small and maybe very tight to accommodate luggage for 2 people. 2. No breakfast but there are cafes nearby.

Farouk at the reception was very helpful and extended our room stay until our transport got us. 3. Location is superb 4. Very nice terrace on the 6 floor.

Location was perfect. As it was close to the Karakoy pier and no hill to climb the hotel :) Galata bridge was in 2 min by walk and hence easy to explore. There is a funicular in 2 min walk to go to Galata tower too.

A great hotel at the most convenient location of the city with a 30 minute walk for every site you want to see. The hotel was super clean and everyone from the staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Airconditioning was difficult to get to a stable temperature and seemed to turn off at night.

The room had a mezzanine level for our daughter which was perfect for us. The location was exceptional - walking distance to Galata Tower, art gallery, restaurants shops, ferry and the bridge. Staff were very helpful. Beds very cofortable.

Perfect location just in front of Galata bridge: - 25/30 mins walk to all main attractions in Sultanahmet - You can take the ferry just in front of the hotel to go to Kadikoy in the Asian side - Plenty of restaurants and bars in the Karakoy area
