Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Turkey1) Internet speed is badly slow. 2) Double size bad does not meet the criterias, in fact its size was 1.90 x 1.10, this criteria is for only a person to sleep. 3) Breakfast is not a breakfast: 1) Place is not for breakfast, and staff does not count the visitors and once we had situation that due to not enough place we could not have breakfast well. And, breakfast meal not supported enough. 4) Hotel is not fascinated by looking outside and does not attract.

Saudi ArabiaThe hallway was noisy, as I could hear my neighbor through the wall, and the smokers could be smelled by my room on the 1st Fl. I s'pose that I expect the appliances should be fully functional in the first place.
The location was conveniently located that I could walk to many places of interest. The breakfast had fresh fruit and an adequate spread. The host was kind enough to try to get a working TV in my room.

BelarusThere was dozens of cockroaches in our room where we enter first( Owner proposed us other room and it was well, but first impression was scary. There where people smoking in the lobby and this smoke was on every floor then( Also part of the day it was not possible to open window to get fresh air as there was some bad smoke coming from it also. Breakfast was quite spartan with no yogurts or some milk, only eggs, tomato, cucumber, two types of cheese and several types of bakery.
Location was good enough, near center of city, easy to get by foot or by public transport anywhere. Price is low enough to get it. Breakfast was able to get on place that is convenient. Personal was friendly and ready to help with any questions. Beds in rooms was quite comfortable, and shower has good stream and hot water.

QatarSince I moved in my room was never cleaned or even bedding’s changed. The breakfast too basic. It’s a bit hidden not so easy to find.. perhaps they should improve on that.
The staff were great especially the receptionist called Khalid, he was too king and very helpful and the fact that he speaks English was a plus. The guy who serves breakfast is great too.

Bulgariaalthough the check is at 14:00, we had to wait until 15:30 for our room. you can hear noises from other rooms like its in your room. Kids are allowed to scream and run through the hallway at 1am. It says that it offers free parking but you have to pay minimum 15e a day.
