“Newly renovated hotel with great location and faces a big park and the black sea. Had a family room for 5 persons. Very comfortable room, with comfy beds and comforter. The family room is big and spacious with a smaller room for children with twin size beds and a separate bathroom. Front Desk staff, security guard, housekeeping, bellman staff very professional and helpful, however, sometimes had to use a language translation app to communicate from English to Turkish.”
“The breakfast experience is almost terrible because it is located right beside the kitchen, making it easy to smell all the cooking odors. The floor in the dining room is not clean. Furthermore, the staff always turns off the air conditioning in the lobby to save money.”
