Breakfast disgusting AC switched off from morning till 2pm !!!!! Dress code in the swimming pool was very strange. What is the reason to ban T-shirts or women hijab dress in the pool?

I liked absolutely nothing there—the worst and most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. In the pictures, the hotel looks brand new, incredibly nice pool, and the rooms were modern and nice. I got an incredibly horrible room; it was nothing like the pictures at all. I started complaining at the reception and said that when I booked, I expected to get a modern room like in the pictures, but he said the hotel is divided into two sections: a newly renovated one and an old one that hasn't been updated. I got a room on the old side; it looked absolutely terrible. It was incredibly dirty and extremely disgusting. The bed was just on the floor, without a real bed frame. The sheets were dirty; there was dust and a lot of dirt on the floor everywhere. The toilet seat was broken, so it was painful to use the toilet because I had to sit on it. Three of the lamps in the room were broken, and the outlet didn’t work in certain places. They haven’t posted any pictures of this room on their website, and half of the hotel offers rooms like this, so stay away from this hotel. They were incredibly rude when I tried to complain and ask for a new room, extremely disrespectful and not helpful at all, so I didn’t get any help. The pool was also incredibly dirty and full of junk inside; I felt sick from swimming there. But the pool was the only nice thing about the hotel, and yet it was ugly and disgusting in reality. I complained so much that they threatened to call the police on me if I didn't get the hell out of here Bad food, i didnt like the breakfast and the dinner wasnt good. I unfortunately didn’t Take any pictures of the room because I was so disgusting to be in there. The beach didnt look like that at all, all the pictures they have in their website looks fake and catfish. In reql life the beach was dirty and it was only like 5-8 sunbeds there. If your a Tourist I really dont recommend you going here.

It will ruin your whole Tunisia experience and you will hate the country just because of the bad experience you Will get of this hotel it really ruined my trip to Monastir, I was So excited and expected a lot because of the pictures looked very good, but absolutely not at all in real life!

It was a mistake coming here. The staff was not very serviceminded. The facilities were worn down and destroyed. And the beach was dirty.

The sea was not clean, and there was no designated area for hotel guests to swim in the sea. This was not a problem for me personally. I also did not like the receptionist and their approach in trying to overlook my request for a sea-view room. As for the city, it is worth visiting, but I would recommend avoiding this hotel as much as possible.

I simply loved the cleaning staff and their dedication to work. There were no activities for children or tourist entertainment. The rooms with a sea view were reserved for foreigners coming to Tunisia through travel agencies on installment plans.

The price is quite expensive for what we found. The garden and pool were not in service, it's empty and there was a lot of maintenance work. The breakfast was so poor, no croissant no juice no crepe .. no one in the restaurant to at least say good morning and be there in case you need something.

The room is clean and comfortable, but unfortunately the light was not enough and one lamp was broken and thanks to the receptionist who fixed it for us. private parking and the location are good.

Lovely place if you like to stay away from big hotels and resorts. Very nice! The beds, both in the room and outside at the pool, are very comfortable. Staff can help with all you need. Busstop right in front. Taxi to town only 3 dinar
