Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLack of glasses in bar at times. cleanliness in bar area at times, slow lifts, broken / wobbly tables and chairs. Was very busy with people generally being selfish and not caring how they left the state of certain areas. If u make a mess clean it up! Hoping as was out of season some things just needs a little tlc ready for the new season.
Friendly staff, clean rooms. Large pool area, great view from my balcony. Situated conveniently on the beach close to marina. Will be back 😀

Mouradi is a nice looking hotel with good facilities. The food was not that great but the hospitality compensate that. The employees where all super kind and specially a stagair called Achmed! I did not know their is everyday a disco until 2 a.m. if I should know that I should take an other hotel.

AlgeriaI waited 3 hours to get the key and after that i needed to chage the room bcs the door couldnt be closed, the bed was broken, waiters too slow and prefer europeans tourists than arabians bcs they give them tips so i served my self ,animators were lazy and the same music everyday, so i do not recommend it to anyone want to get some rest and enjoying hotel tourism.

Norwayit could have been cleaner, bed linen was stained. the plate on the buffet was dirty. there was a smell of paint in the corridors. so they should have taken cleanliness more seriously

IrelandThe room wasn't what I expected, the carpet was stained badly and it looked horrible, the bed broke on the first night while sitting on it and sleeping was uncomfortable, but we were moved to different room after that which was much nicer. Still the mattress was not very comfortable and pillows of poor quality. The lights in the bathroom were flickering all the time giving us a headache, would be very bad for someone with epilepsy.
Location was amazing, staff were great, food was nice. The view was outstanding, pool outside of a nice size. Check in and check out easy, staff very helpful.

Rooms are comfortable, cleanliness not great towels and sheets need renewing , food bad for Europeans but you can always find something, overall not a bad holiday 🙂
