We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I love this place. The staff made my stay here most enjoyable. They were friendly, caring, helpful...all the things. When they come to clean your room daily, they do everything, including sweeping and washing the floors...noice! I loved the pool...spent probably way too much time in it! Hot breakfast included in the price...most tasty indeed. Very quiet area of Dili, right on the beach, but close enough to Timor Plaza to get supplies. Not that I did, but it's a full apartment including cooking facilities if you were so inclined.

United Arab EmiratesWiFi on and off . First day had to change room due to no wifi. Our second day we never had WiFi through out the day. Same day we had power cuts every 5 minutes. Which made us hate our stay and was about to leave. (Cindy jumped in and assisted providing a data sim.) Bathroom is moldy. Cleaning didn't happened on our 3rd day hence we had to ask water from reception. There were no kitchenette (pots pans... ) had to ask for a glass and tea cups from the reception. 2 days had ran out of toilet paper. No toiletries. Breakfast average and almost same.
Apartment was spacious. Balcony with the view. Swimming pool. Front of the road and sea. Reception manager Cindy was very welcoming and extremely helpful. She Was the one to hold up the place and customers.

AustraliaThe beach provides a good view but there is a lot of build rubble around and it's not the best place to swim. It does have lovely views and a balcony to overlook the ocean so this makes up for it.
The staff are so friendly and speak English very well so they can give you advice on where to go and what to do while in Timor Leste. There is a handy restaurant with so many options. This is a great place for families.

IndiaThe wifi at times does not connect but that’s alright given the fact that you would be staying in a remote location.
The rooms are spacious and well maintained given the geographical location of Timor. Cindy the owner was extremely nice and welcoming. The food is okayish and they do offer free pickup and drop to the airport. There’s a beach in front of the hotel but i don’t think one can swim there, sunset and sunrise can be enjoyed though. Overall value for money.

AustraliaThe cost for such a poor country was ridiculous. It’s was $85usd or $135ish in Australian dollars. I would pay the same for a room in australia but it would have wifi, eftpos facilities, not look as old as it did and not have cats running around the place including the dining area. There was rubbish already in the bin and left over soap bars still in the soap holder that hadn’t been cleaned up.
The staff were lovely and the bed was very clean and comfortable.
