Just be aware that the master bedroom is down some steep outdoor stairs so we didnt really utilise this bedroom because we didnt want to be that far from our children (3 and 6 years of age). This is really our fault for not checking properly but there are so few negatives that this could be the only one.

Stunning views and super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean and lovely design. The private pool is larger than most villa's plunge pools and the underwater stools and infinity pool view make for an amazing experience..

Very little but I think there are a few things to take into consideration. It is isolated so if you don’t hire a car then taxis can be expensive. It’s also en route to a popular zip line which means that there is a lot of traffic at certain points of the day which can be quite noisy. The master bedroom was gorgeous but the aircon didn’t work very well so it was too warm for me.

The villa was close to perfection, definitely aided by Luck who helped with any queries that we had. The villa was clean, spacious and with everything you need. It was serviced every day and my laundry was whisked away to be returned the next day. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The views were amazing.

Everything...the villa (orchid) is beautiful, tastefully furnished with three bedrooms, a large infinity pool overlooking the bay...you are in the hills enjoying the tranquility and the forest around you. It is simply an exceptional place. The Zog Villas staff is extremely professional, kind, always at disposal and very helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended.

The location was very private with amazing views. The 3 floor luxury apartment was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The facilities inside the apartment were first class and for a family of three, made our stay a magical experience. Luck who was our host was amazing from the moment she greeted us at the airport to taking us and settling us in to our apartment. She went above and beyond in providing us with information and her concierge service was very professional in meeting our requirements and requests throughout our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Just keep in mind that the property itself is located on the hills and there are a few steep inclines involved so a car is needed unless you are an experienced biker. Our rent for the car was around 1300 per day and we paid a 5000 security deposit. We received a full tank of petrol and 600 were deducted from the deposit for the petrol we used, when we returned the car. This is not a negative aspect for me, I loved the drive through the hills and the process of getting the car could not have been smoother.

This place was a dream come true. I cannot recommend it enough. Our villa manager Luck also helped us book a car that was delivered to our doorstep. She also arranged for us to drop the car off directly at the airport. And she even complimentarily upgraded us to a better villa! The property itself is even better in person than in the pictures. I would 10/10 come back here and recommend it to everyone.

Everything was simply amazing. Stunning new property - just like the pictures suggest, staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. It’s a quiet and remote area so you’ll need a car or a bike if you want to explore the island but personally I preferred that to the chaos of being on a main road.

The breakfast was very simple and not satisfying. The place is 10 min from from the main road so take that in count. motorcycle or grab is a must, the hotel helps in this matter and made the rent company bring the motorcycle straight to the villa, which was nice but because-of the distance the long ride with the motorcycle isn’t so pleasant .

AMAZING! They thought about every detail. The villa was wonderful, Big, well designed, clean and comfortable. There were water bottles everywhere and it was equipped with everything you need. The view is breathtaking and the pool was great. The staff were so nice and helped with everything. We also used the massage service and it was great.

I could not find any fault in these lavish new villas. I could happily live here forever.

This property is like a Hollywood Hills view house. It's about 3 km up from the ring road. Just up the hill a few kilometers is a destination waterfall and zip line attraction. These fantastic villas are brand new as of Aug 2023 and the fully furnished interiors and both large and stunning. The property comes with housekeeping and pool maintenance. On a short-term rental, housekeeping will bring you delicious wicker-boxed fruit and baked goods every morning. The sea views are panoramic and let you see the ocean and the adjacent island (Koh Pha-ngan) off in the distance. These villas are pretty much as close to the paradise sea view houses of your dreams. The price is quite high, but worth every baht/dollar. I highly recommend both the villas and the staff. The property manager Luck is both very professional and wonderful, the staff are great too.

- most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in - greatest personal I’ve ever experienced - super clean - the friendly neighbor dog was just a BIG PLUS - worth renting a car or scooter if you’re staying there since it’s around 12min ride (pretty steep) from the main road - pool is very refreshing - great service options like massage and the very tasty daily breakfast which is also healthy

I had one or two minor comments, but it was solved immediately. So nothing, NOTHING AT ALL to complain about.

The villa is well built in an excellent location, with a wonderful view. Properly equipped, perfectly clean, superbly maintained. We spent almost two weeks of Christmas here and it went by too fast. I would like to highlight the work of the entire Zog Villas team, especially the manager, Miss Luck. Thanks to all of them, I can say that our stay was 100% positive.

absolutely amazing We received a very warm welcome. The accommodation was a dream. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. The villa overall is very clean and well maintained. The location is super quiet and relaxed. By the way, the staff did our laundry & the laundry smelled amazing! 😍 We received a small gift from the staff when we checked out 👍🏼🫶🏼 Thanks for the great time, we really enjoyed it. 🩵✨
