It was very loud 24/7 because of traffic and city, and I found the pool era a Little wired

View wasn’t nice was just cross roads, loads of non stop traffic , could hear all hrs of the night, booking said including breakfast but receipt doesn’t show so had to pay still, breakfast isn’t big even for the American/english, roof top pool is more of foot spa, building work going on oppersite and could here most the night…

My room at Level 5 is clean and spacious but water pressure quite low causing a bit difficulty during shower and relieving my self. Need to fix this.

Location is separated from Patong hence not so noisy. Many shops close late along the route from hotel to Bangla Road so quite safe. Check in & out is simple and easy. Staff also very friendly

As I am also worked in Hotel Industry, just a one thing that staff need to improve which is the continuing of working for staff of each shift. All staffs are so kind and generous but we found 2 stories about my extended stay -On 07th Jun , I came to reception at night around 20.15 for extended stay for 2nd nights which I already paid and got receipt from reception. But when I came to reception on 08th Jun to extend my key card, the receptionist didn't know anything about my extend stay. -On 08th Jun, again I came to reception at night around 19.00 for extended stay for 3rd nights. I paid and got receipt same as last night. But the thing that was happen to me is the staff came to our room around afternoon of 08th Jun and knocked the door and asked me that when would I check out ? ....... I said that I already paid for extended stay , could you please check with your team -But Another thing of my stay was perfect.

The Location is perfect. The room rate at THB 500 net is valuable for our stay. The staff is so kind (Khun Mint) and provided us Early Check in since 09.00hrs that made us confirmed extension stay for more 2 nights. The room attendant is very helpful.

The basic amenities and old fashion style bedrooms and building. The overall place looks like a building in the 80s or 70s. With 1980,s TV screens. Beds and furniture are on the same level as well, not modern and not matching todays lifestyle and taste in decoration. To me an update and refresh is needed with emergency.

The proximity to Patong beach is very helpful. Also there are nice restaurants around. And to finish the staff was very reactive, helpful and professional.

The area is really noisy if you are trying to sleep, i wouldn’t say this is a hotel for relaxing but definitely is for people who are looking to have a good time.

The hotel is literally a 10 minute walk from patong beach which is really handy! There is loads of restaurants and bars around making it a good place for party goers and food lovers.

The hotel could do better on air con in the lobby and the lift

The staff are friendly and communicate well. The location near Patong beach 5-10 mins walk was perfect for us. It's also near nice restaurants and bars. The internet worked well. We were also allowed late checkout at no cost because we had a half day trip to the islands and needed to refresh before checkout.

Only there wasn't hot water, it was just luke warm. Considering the weather outside it didn't bother us too much.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay in phuket!!! The staff were so helpful and kind and we had a bath tub as well in the room which was great. The rooftop pool was amazing, beautiful city view. In all it was great 😍

Literally everything, we know its a 3 stars hotel but it doesn’t mean bad wifi (connects for a minute remains disconnected for 10, had to change 3 different rooms just for wifi), broken window, the noise was unbearable , ac was unadjustable, very bad cleaning, walls needs painting, chairs needs to be changed, tables toilet water boiler literally everything needs to be changed. In conclusion, paid for two nights, left after 12 hours (non-refundable). Please don’t do this to ur self:)

A Truly Wonderful Stay at the Zephyr Hotel in Phuket I spent a beautiful month at the Zephyr Hotel in Phuket and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is stunning, with great amenities and a perfect location. During my stay, I encountered a small issue with the air conditioner in my room. However, the staff handled it wonderfully—they upgraded my room at no extra charge! This gesture really made me feel valued as a guest. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always eager to help, but I must give a special mention to Arunee.
