The whole nature centric approach of the resort is nice. Felt amidst nature. The gears & kayak are complimentary which is a great ++. Very helpful and friendly staff. Impeccably clean stay.

Location was very good in the middle of a forest area in the Phi Phi Island. Property was right on the beach, Very helpful staff. They were taking care of us very well for all our requirements.

Nothing - there is a need to appreciate that you are in a natural setting

The staff were so friendly and attentive to our needs and we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay - the breakfast was exceptional in terms of choice, quality and friendly helpful staff - this is a location that is at one with nature but all the top class facilities of luxury.

Lovely small resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Food is super good and a lot of choice. It’s located at a beautiful beach on the quite part of the island. If you want to go to the busy part of the island you need to take a longtail boat (around €30,- to €45,- one way). We went to the busy part but it’s not really worth visiting. It’s extremely touristy and loud. I would recommend to stay in the wonderful resort of Zeavola instead and enjoy your time there! :)

-very hot in the room because hotel connected keychain to the key by welding. you could not leave air con switched on because you need to lock the door by this key. 5 star hotel tries to save electricity and this cause a lot of discomfort because you need to wait 20+ mins to cool the room from +32-33 every time -bad wi-fi in hill area -too soft mattress. no options to change -loud tractors delivering people on speed boats -a lot of boats at the front of the beach -evening low tides -big ship with garbage near the hotel for the first 2 days -expensive food and especially expensive transfer. 10k b for 3 people on speed boat 2 ways

you’re in the nature so many many animals (insects and frogs and birds) and it’s on the expensive side also for the food, probably going back I wouldn’t choose the villa with the pool as it has a lot of stairs and we used the pool maybe once given the amazing beach

the place is incredible, amazing resort, with an amazing beach and service was super. spa was a bliss! the boat trips we did on Bamboo island and around ko phi phi leh and maya bay were definitely the highlights of the holiday.

Just be prepared for insects / mosquitoes.. Accommodation surrounded by trees and vegetation .. plenty of jungle spray required ! Wouldn’t put me off returning to Zeovola

Mosquitoes but that's manageable

The only negative side is due to mosquitos and insects but we already expected this because of the reviews from other guests (and mostly, you are in the forest). The staff is really helpful providing mosquito repellent and we had our post-bite stick, which helped us cope with the insects.

The resort is in the middle of a “forest” in Phi Phi Island with a beautiful private beach - the pictures you can see on Booking really capture the beauty of the natural environment.

None - All was just perfect.

Travellers: European family with child. One of the best resort we've ever been. Located 35min from Ton Sai Pier however every trip was an additional adventure (we used long tail boats). Perfect location for those who are looking for a quiet resort and who would like to re-connect with the nature. The greenery and cicadas - just wonderful. The Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Starting from the moment of arrival until the departure everyone is taking care of your needs and good mood. All our requests were managed right away. The restaurant is also very good. Definitely we will get back here next time for longer and recommend to our friends.
