The facilities were great, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious and I had the best massage ever. I had not put my shoes on once during my stay and it was a bliss. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! And I loved the turtle and chicken cushions that kept me company at night - such a lovely touch :)

We booked a room with a private pool which unfortunately was full of bugs and cold. Also up quite a few sets of stairs which would’ve been fine but I am pregnant and struggled daily to go up and down.

Secluded, peaceful and beautiful. The island has been taken over by party goers but this area of the island was exactly what I dreamed it would be.

We understand that the hotel is in a place with a lot of animals and vegetation but we found a cockroach in our room .

The experience was very good, the food at the restaurant was very good and the best was the service, Tic and Golf were excellent they really took care of us. We were very lucky with the location of our room 6 and 8 . They were definitely more private than the other rooms.

The staff does its best to clean the beach,, but it's such a pity that the sand is sometimes dirty and full of garbage ... This is true for all beaches in Phi Phi though ...

Everything. The location is perfect, laem tong is one of the best beaches of Phi Phi - isolated but lively, with a sea gypsy village, a school and some nice local restaurants. The rooms are really nice with the impression of living in the jungle ... With absolute luxury. And the staff ... What a team they have, helpful, friendly, amazingly kind with kids, funny ... Absolutely perfect. Last but not least, the Tacada restaurant really serves very good Thai food (with western options, but it would be a waste not to taste their thai speciality) at a decent price - of course more expensive than local restaurants, but the quality, size and taste is definitely worth the extra - and it's not either crazy overpriced, it remains extremely reasonable. The breakfast is also amazing ...

The beach is a bit noisy, with boats coming and going constantly and motorbikes and tractors, so that is not very restful and quiet. Really he only drawback.

Beautiful, true to it's philosophy of simplicity and relaxation. We absolutely loved the cabins, they were stunning, comfortable and he service was always very friendly and the staff were always looking at how to make the stay more comfortable. Everything is thought through, from the transfer to the stay to entertainment. The food is amazing with a whole vegetarian menu with lots of options too. This is one to come back to.

We loved everything about it. The rooms are a stones throw from the beach, the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, the breakfast is out of this world... it felt very quiet even though it was full. We also liked that even though it's high end, it is extremely down to earth - if you're looking for glitz and glam this is not for you. It truly is barefoot luxury - a place to unwind and do very little. We loved it.

Nothing to complain about. Even the mosquitos were dealt with every day by staff fumigating all rooms in the morning, and before bed.

Everything was perfect, the location was one of a kind and the staff were wonderful. A real paradise resort.

The room in the villa was large, very clean, A/C in the room, plenty of storage for clothes and other stuff. We stayed over 2 weeks, it was a truly great experience. The staff is exceptionally wonderful, very kind, sincere, respectful, and responsive immediately to anything that's needed/any questions. Some of the staff we remember their name is Nui, Golf, Tik - sadly we don't remember others' names but literally, everyone was super nice. My son ordered banana smoothie every day, with each meal - they remembered it after just a few times and at the end even called him Banana Boy, lol. Right in front of the resort is a beautiful beach with the resort's beach beds, umbrellas, towels available, and drinks/food service. The swimming pool we enjoyed a lot as well - very clean, warm water, surrounded by vegetation for privacy. The entire property is maintained very well daily, swept, cleaned pathways, very clean, everyone walks barefoot, and each entrance has a bucket of clean water to rinse feet, no shoes indoors (it was perfect!). The food was very good, most importantly fresh, breakfast offered a variety from Thai curries to rice, Thai or Western style, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, desserts, all sorts of drinks etc. buffet style, or a la carte. There is nothing that we found that we did not like (maybe only occasional mosquito bites). Boats are available as needed for a fee so it is easy to leave the side of the island to explore other areas. We absolutely loved it all.

The entire team managed by the GM Lion is just amazing, to highlight the excellent service of Nico and Chatcha. Highly recommend this resort and the massage in the spa is a must. Superb experience!

For that level of price we could expect fresh fruit juices for the breakfast. The costs of the wellness is prohibitive.

Small daily attention, everyday we got a different fruit at the room, an object about the Thai culture. That was great. The service was perfect.

Location at the beach is so great. Everything perfect. Staff, breakfast, rooms -everything. Mosquitoes, yes. Like all over the island, but they have a lot of measures and they know what they are doing.follow this and no problem. We had dinner at two local restaurants nearby. A perfect combo of luxury and local food experiences Recommend the hotel transfer to Phuket.

The transportation to and from the hotel is too expensive and not worth paying the extra cost, we chose another way and it was under half the price and very fast. The prices for massage are too high, definitely they can create more budget friendly options or lower prices for current packages. I understand it’s about the experience, but still. We went to another place and we had the thai experience at much lower costs. The staff is very nice and helpful, but the majority of them don’t speak English much, so it’s very difficult to make yourself understood and many times we gave up. Investing in lessons for employees of such a hotel is crucial for customer satisfaction in my opinion.

The food was very good and breakfast various, it wasn’t just a typical accommodation, but a whole experience. That is what we wanted and they provided. The location is beautiful and you can easily take trips to see other parts of the islands, totally worth it. The trips offers from the hotel are budget friendly.

I asked information on transfers before arriving and they only proposed me their own transfer from Phuket, even though they know very well about the other options (if you are travelling from Krabi, as we did, you can take AndamanWaveMaster speedboat that arrives on Laemtong beach). The rooms close to the beach and to the pool lack privacy (luckily for us we were on a garden suite on the upper level). The spa is very expensive compared to Thai prices.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet location on a beautiful beach of Koh Phi Phi. The rooms are amazing and you feel you are in the middle of nature but yet with every comfort. The staff is helpful, restaurant and fruit smoothies are very good.
