We are here for Sinbi Muay Thai. Very safe to walk. Our room face the pool and it's spacious. It's not touristy area, but location is good enough to travel around. There are local night market nearby, massage, cafe and food. We loved the laundry service. Send in the morning after workout and able to receive clean clothes by evening. We feel comfortable during our stay. Simple and easy going staff. They try their best to maintain the place.

They charge a damage deposit of 1,000 Baht that is refundable when you depart, but if you have an early departure, there is no one at reception until 9am.

Good size rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice quiet area, with some bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good parking for cars or motorbikes.

They charge 3% if u pay by credit card, which is a little inconvenient when Booking offers you pay at hotel policy. The bathroom curtain is not in good condition.

The ac is really loud it’s a constant noise. Also they cleaned ac which is good, but after that it started making even more noise. To be fair I am light sleeper and still managed to sleep. At least it doesn’t blows directly to your face.

The room quite spacious and comfortable, bed is big. Had pretty much everything we needed more or less. Stuff was really nice and helpful. Great laundry service. Close to Sinbi Muay Thai. Loved the greenery outside.

Hotel is showing its age with several things not working and in need of repair. Air con dripping large amount of water. Staff very helpful in providing towels and a bucket. Water damage to floor indicates this hasn't been repaired for a while. Plug in bathroom sink stuck in locked position so water couldn't go down. Front desk staff not as friendly as other places we stayed. No on site parking. Very limited street parking.

The night before I checked out I came home and a pipe had burst in my toilet! (I know these things can’t be helped) it had flooded my bathroom.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The interior of the hotel is stylish, the staff is friendly. Breakfasts were tasty. The only improvement I recommend is putting electrical kettles into each room and keeping the area with a communal microwave much cleaner.

Beautiful hotel! Such good value for money, big rooms, very clean, lovely balcony looking over the pool. Pool area was lovely and quiet. If you’re looking for a quieter area to stay in I would definitely recommend Z&Z, we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle and this was the perfect compromise. We just got grab cars/bikes to places and was very easy. If you want to rent bikes you can do this from the hotel. 7/11 a couple mins walk away and other restaurants and shops very close. The staff were so lovely, we were very delayed coming in and their communication was amazing and let us check in at 3am.

Wi-Fi is not good for streaming or video call. The tiles on the floor are unstable, some are broken even. Bad smell comes from the sewer.

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved, it was a bit dark.

Great value for money! Beautiful, spacious rooms, really friendly staff, decent location. Air conditioner was also placed really well for my taste (far away from bed) so we wouldn't get sick.

great atmosphere, quiet and clean room, nice staff. you will need a motorcycle, but the staff can help with that. The nearest beach is about 1,5 km away.

Waiting for Check in. I had to wait at least 2-3 hours to check in. Please try to accommodate early check in if guests arrive early.

Value for Money. No issues at all. All amenities were there.
