There is a mirror in the living room which is beautiful, but quite high up. It was fine for me to use for hair drying and makeup, but I am tall so not an issue. The bathroom had good sized mirrors over the sinks but because the sun shines in all afternoon ( villa 6) it was too hot to stay in there to get ready. I did mention that a mirror in the bedroom, perhaps inside the wardrobe door would be very useful which they have taken onboard. My only other issue was that I walked into the living room door several times when it was closed, as to me it seemed open. This was probably just me, and because the glass was so clean.

The villa was about 2 kilometres from the centre of Samui, it was very tastefully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. None of the 8 villas were overlooked by each other so they were very private. It is really unusual to find a small villa which has been so thoughtfully designed, with such things as tv’s which are hidden away, and a Wi-Fi speaker system. Although there is a single sofa bed in the living room the villa is perfect for a couple. My absolute favourite thing was the two swing sofas outside. We spent every evening after returning from our meal on them . Gianni was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Huge villa with lots of space. Nice location just off the main road so it’s quiet but still convenient. Amazing host, will help you with anything you need. Awesome kitchen for cooking if you want to cook. Great shower every thing high quality and new. Pictures are exactly the same if not more amazing in person. 10/10 recommend!

I did get glass in my foot as the previous guests had smashed a glass and there were tiny shards still on the floor but this was sorted immediately as the owner is contactable on whatsapp. If you're driving a scooter you will need to be careful as the driveway is stones/pebbles and this can be tricky to drive over. You have to pay for electricity use for your stay which is worked out at the end. It was unexpected as this wasn't mentioned in the booking notes but not a big issue.

Everything! Pool is fabulous, bed is comfortable, loved the outdoor shower and big bath, TVs are discreetly hidden in cabinets and pop up with a touch of a button, bluetooth speaker system, full size fridge, comfortable lounge chairs outside and great aircon snf ceiling fans throughout! This is a must stay with a great location in Lamai close to Fresh Food Market and Lotus Shops for good money exchange.

Electricity and coffee pods are an extra (add-on) cost. Perhaps incorporate this in to the fixed nightly rate at an acceptable daily average and warn that excessive use will incur an extra charge.

Extra bill for coffee capsules and electricity was quite high but I didn’t care cause I love every second. Transportation is required.

Brand new huge villa with amazing views and surroundings. Every little detail was picked out and top notch. Really loved that it was tucked away from everything. The most beautiful beaches a few minutes ride away. Transportation is a must. But you won’t want to get out of the villa anyway. The outdoor shower was heaven. Bathtub huge and comfortable. The pool was the right size with partial shade.

Electricity not included in the price, but it cost barely anything, so not really a negative, especially with how reasonable the nightly rate was!

An amazing place to relax and unwind at the end of a big holiday. Owners were amazing and so accommodating. We will definitely be back, and 100% recommend this place! As a bonus, the pool got some shade which was a nice touch after far too much sun! Not too far from Lamai shops and beach, and a lovely change of pace after Chaweng!

Amazing private home, super clean and good organized. Everything you can ask for a holiday home. Situated between coconut trees, mornings were like in paradise with birds singing. Our host was very friendly and helped us renting a scooter and gave us recommendations for places to visit or to eat.

We have been flashed by this brand new Villa complex!!! The villa has a wonderful garden with a nice pool and a fancy outdoor shower! The Interieur was stylish and extra ordinary, absolutely our taste. The landlord and his wife are very lovely persons and gave us some excellent advice for nice beaches, bars and restaurants. They were always available for questions from us. In short, we'll never forget this wonderful time we had at that place!

Just a 10 minute walk from Lamai Center you'll find this beautiful new villa with all the amenities you'll need. Swimming pool was big enough, an outside shower, a bath, a fully equipped kitchen and bluetooth surround sound system. Also, the owner is very responsive and helps his guests to have a carefree break in Samui.

The villa is located on a corner plot next to a road, whilst not a main road it is busy, very noisy and dusty at times. Across the road is building work going on which does not only produce a lot of noise but dust too. Whilst the villa has tall walls for privacy this is irrelevant when there are work men across the road on building roofs looking over. Whilst the villa overall is great there are a few little things… the sofa whilst looks lovely isn’t very comfortable to actually sit on. The outside sofas that hang make you feel a little queezy. And don’t look too reliably holding your weight as only secured with tape and one small clip. There’s no mirror in the bedroom or place to sit and get ready. There’s no full length mirror near the wardrobe or anywhere in the villa. No dishwasher either but that’s a shame as the kitchen is big enough for one. The sunbeds are bean bags, which are only good for children. They don’t retain their shape and you eventually end up laying on the floor. They retain heat so they make you hotter and hotter not ideal in Thailand. The villa just needs to replace these with proper sunloungers and pads. We did ask for one as the host also had a hotel but nothing came of it. On arrival I was shocked with the inventory and the prices attached. In all the years we’ve done airbnbs, villas and homes abroad around the world I’ve never had such pressure put on me to “look after it or you pay for it”. We pride ourselves on leaving places clean and tidy and looking after other peoples homes, our feedback on Airbnb is exemplary but I was anxious the entire time in case something was damaged accidentally. It actually impacted our stay as I was continually checking and making sure especially large items were cosseted and protected. Be careful I must have said 1000 times to my husband. I was also shocked we had to pay for electric separately I didn’t remember seeing that anywhere on the listing.

The villa is quite new and therefore looks beautiful. It’s nice to have a space with ambient lighting, texture and some thought in colour and feel within the space. Connecting to the host via WhatsApp was great he was always very responsive. Villa was cleaned once in our stay and towels replaced too. There were some specifics we loved about the villa including the comfortable dining space outside, the large comfortable by Thai standards bed and spacious bedroom, and the overall room decor. The pool was perfect to cool off and aircon with fans kept the heat down. Fly screens on all the doors and windows was a great touch too. Kitchen was well equipped, we didn’t use the toaster as it didn’t work. Located just off the main road it’s easy to get around and close to shops etc we would say you’ll get more from your stay with a car. Or moped minimum. I generally never watch tv in bed and hate seeing a television imposing into a room so thought the tv retracting into a cupboard was a nice touch. Also having Netflix and Apple TV was brilliant too
