We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms are very nice - well decorated, clean and comfortable, the shower in our room was great. We realy enjoyed the pool and the shuttles to the center of Pai which were avilable to us whenever we needed.

The staff. They were very responsive to any issue we had in the room and fixed it or immediately changed the room. Breakfast was great. The view is spectacular. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The swimming pool is really nice. If we ever go back to PAI it most certainly will be to this hotel.

New ZealandIt's all a bit outdated and it was missing "the spirit". It needs some maintenance as our room had faulty power plugs, broken bedside light, shower head was hanging lose, safety box lock didn't work, worn out dressing gowns. They offered free bikes which was great, but they were also in a bad condition. Breakfast had lots of options but was average, breakfast hall floor was very dirty.
Beautiful spot, with lots of potential. Views are stunning and the pool is very nice! Location is great, nice, quiet and peaceful. Free bikes. Very good, authentic Thai restaurant nearby - The link food factory - only a few minutes' walk, highly recommended :)

It’s a really komfortabel hotel near to the city. A beautiful view in the Mountain. Room are absolutly ok….and big enough. Breakfast you got a lot of choice. Staff are friendly.

IrelandUnfortunately someone working in the hotel stole a pair of apple AirPod’s from our room when it was being cleaned. We hadn’t locked them in the safe and were able to track them outside of the hotel. When I said this to reception and showed them they weren’t very helpful- basically just said no we don’t have. Very disappointing end to our stay.
Good value for money, lovely pool and beautiful surroundings, the free shuttle to walking street was great. Breakfast was ok- fried eggs underdone and scrambled overdone but wasn’t the worst breakfast we’ve had.

The staff were fantastic, very nice and helpful with any request. You can take the shuttle to and from the hotel between 7am-10pm which is nice. That being said, the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. The hotel is very nice but showing signs of aging. Some loose pool tiles, chipped paint, and our door didn’t fully seal so there was a small gap between the outdoors and our bedroom. All that being said we really did love our dry, and ended up extending our stay by 2 days, which the staff were very helpful with. Breakfast was also very good.

NetherlandsThe hotel is not secured properly. Everyone from outside can come to the property. A lot of people came from other hotels to this hotel to use the pool. This is not acceptable as people who are staying in this hotel and pay for it, do not have the possibility to make use of the pool as it is to busy with people from outside the hotel. The staff see it but does not do anything about it.
The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. The location is outside the center but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the center, which is great. The breakfast is good! Enough options for everyone and you have a beautiful view when enjoying breakfast
