All the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, Beam who served us most days was a ray of sunshine, pool area was great and the breakfast was really varied with something for everyone.

Was a bit far from airport but saying that no noise when heading to bed and never really busy. Also no microwave to heat up food otherwise everything else you need is there.

All staff friendly and helpful, room was great with lovely king size bed. Swimming pool was amazing, close to kata and Karon beach with free shuttle

The location isn't great. On a hill so you would need transport anywhere. Also light in room was very dull.

Wish the Yama existed all over Thailand! So good.

The Yama is the best hotel we’ve been to in Thailand so far!! Amazing staff, so kind, welcome drink (yum!), super clean, AC, beautiful pool. Really yummy restaurant too. Bit of walk to beach but there’s a free shuttle! I recommend the Yama to anyone and everyone.

Slightly later final shuttle back would be helpful - 6:30 means eating dinner very early. There is a deposit they charge when you arrive. Not mentioned on booking and annoying when you will be leaving the country to then get 2000THB back. Room cleaning unclear - some days they come and others they don't, but no clear system.

Generally a good hotel. Nice swimming pool, decent breakfast, and have a shuttle service to the beach as the hotel is a little out of the way. Staff generally friendly and helpful.

Restaurant was not great and the location was far (we were aware of this and they have some free transport to the beach)

The location is a little bit isolated, but preferable this way with a baby than in places like patong. Recommended to get a motorbike or a car. Rooms are spacious Staff is super nice

The rooms are well ventilated. The staff were nice and friendly. Air Conditioning is great and beds are comfy and big. Beam, the restaurant staff is friendly and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. .

A bit further from the beach but easy to get a Grab or Taxi to.

I loved my stay here! The hotel surpassed my expectations. The facilities were beautiful and my King room was stunning. It had a patio and a separate shower and toilet in the room. It was really clean and the staff were lovely. The pool and breakfast was awesome too! I would recommend it!

A bit gar from Kata, but the regular transfers from hotel to Kata and Kata to the hotel made up for it.

Hotel is located centrally with access to most major attractions. It is very well maintained providing an oasis to relax, soak up the sun and take in the beauty of Kata. Staff is very well trained, very friendly, helpful and professional, especially Spy that assisted at the front desk. Room was beautiful and comfortable.
