The location is a little bit isolated, but preferable this way with a baby than in places like patong. Recommended to get a motorbike or a car. Rooms are spacious Staff is super nice

It's a bit far and you'd definitely need transport to get even to the shops.

The rooms are well ventilated. The staff were nice and friendly. Air Conditioning is great and beds are comfy and big. Beam, the restaurant staff is friendly and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. .

I loved my stay here! The hotel surpassed my expectations. The facilities were beautiful and my King room was stunning. It had a patio and a separate shower and toilet in the room. It was really clean and the staff were lovely. The pool and breakfast was awesome too! I would recommend it!

A bit gar from Kata, but the regular transfers from hotel to Kata and Kata to the hotel made up for it.

Hotel is located centrally with access to most major attractions. It is very well maintained providing an oasis to relax, soak up the sun and take in the beauty of Kata. Staff is very well trained, very friendly, helpful and professional, especially Spy that assisted at the front desk. Room was beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel is losing its prestige, the breakfast is not what it once was when the hotel was Eastin Yama, the variety of guest countries of origin is also very poor ( 90% Russia), this is our third time at the hotel and we have experienced the decline of a hotel that we appreciated very much. The workers, as always, are very helpful and respectful, thank you for your service and we wish you the best.

The hotel team are very respectful and kind. Beds are comfortable and rooms clean.

Loved every bit of the stay ! 1. Location: Perfectly situated to reach out everywhere in the south of Phuket. Quiet area, bike re tal is right at the gates of the Yama. Ask for Shu to rent bikes. 2. Stay: Felt happy throughout, not a single ounce of worry regarding the service, the timing or any rectification (in case) needed. (I thought the AC wasn't working but they helped me use it right, my bad here. Just stating to let you know they're up to even change the rooms in case of aby inconveniences) 3. Pool area: The pool, dinning area and breakfast by the pool is splendid. You can have your meals and the leave for wherever you want to head. 4. Pick & Drop: The airport transfers are excellent and on time. I dare say, competitively priced as well. All in all, we didn't have to worry about anything! Checked in - Had our time - Checked out ! Seamless and smooth.

The door locks were faulty. We struggled to open our door every time. It was so annoying. Apparently it is a common issue with many rooms

Adding more varieties of fruits to the breakfast menu would be an excellent idea. Additionally, the room walls had some stains, mostly left by the mosquitoes. Nevertheless, our overall experience was satisfactory.

The hotel boasts modern amenities and facilities that cater to the needs of its guests. The pool is well-maintained, and the water is refreshingly clean. The breakfast is immensely satisfying, although some may find the local spices overwhelming. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Some reviewers had raised concerns about the location of the Yama Hotel. The hotel is a considerable distance from Kata’s central areas but is in a peaceful and serene location. It was a plus point since we sought a reprieve from the city's noise. Additionally, the hotel provides a complimentary transfer service to Kata Beach.

I think the breakfast can be better. I only used breakfast one day and did not use breakfast for later few days. For a breakfast of 300 baht, I think it can be better.

I accidentally left my glasses in the room, contacted the staff and they mailed them to me quickly, thank you, great job, it was amicable. Thank them. The hotel location is a bit far away, but it doesn't matter. The hotel has a free car to go to the beach.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, 10 mins away from Kata beach, but that's what I was looking for. Calm and peaceful environment. Perfect place to get everything what you need from Phuket
