A very clean and new resort, even though some facilities are still under construction. This did not take away from the beauty of the place. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I found it odd that some reviews were complaining about insects in the cottage. However, in reality during my stay, there were no signs of any insects or even mosquitoes inside the cottage. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Special thanks to Melisse and Leila from the reception.

Czech RepublicThe staff at the breakfast was a bit grumpy! Not all of them but most of them were unpleasant. The breakfast menu could have more options and the coffee and juices could be improved. All the finishings of the room and the hotel is high end apart form the kitchen. Mind the hotel is new and still expanding so you can hear the workers during the day. It did not bother us though.
The room is breathtaking! I love that they use the salt to clean the pools. Waking up in the morning and going down to say hi and feed the elephants that are freely running in the nature is just so wholesome. I loved the bed, I slept like like on the cloud, for my husband it was a bit soft. Depends on your preference. Housekeeping amazing! The hotel is very close to Fisherman’s village (2mins by motorbike) so plenty of options for dinner and drink. Also great location to visit the most beautiful beaches of Koh Samui.

SwitzerlandThe front desk could be reinforced with the support of a more experienced person. Another thing that could be greatly appreciated would be a shuttle to the beach or to the fisherman village for instance.
The cottages are very welcoming and well furnished, providing all the amenities and quality one could want and a bit more. The staff at the restaurant and spa were lovely and feeding the elephants in the morning was a fun experience. The location is a bit separated from the rest of the infrastructure but the views are worth it and the quite at night as well (keep in mind that there’s a construction site during the day at this time)

ThailandWe believed you would be able to see elephants from our pool, you can not whilst in pool higher up the mountain but can see them when standing on patio/balcony if the elephants are in certain areas. You can see them though whilst in the communal pool!
Everything was absolutely beautiful from the moment you arrived! Beautiful reception, pool, restaurant and grounds leading to insane rooms with a beautiful view over looking island and koh Pha-ngan. As well as facilities all staff were lovely.

Fisherman’s Village is quite close and provides entertainment as well as many restaurants. A simple cab ride for 4-5 hundred boat gets you to many venues.
