You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaThe system for logging into the Internet looks professional, but it is very bad. Even if you mark so that the system remembers you, it doesn't work. When you don't notice that the system has logged you out, the phone reliably sucks data from your data card, even though you are in a hotel and the WiFi signal is good. I did not order breakfast, because its price is several times higher than in other Thai hotels of a similar category. I once ordered Tom Yum soup at a restaurant, but it tasted like water with a little lemongrass. It was lightly seasoned and not spicy at all. My negative comments do not mean that I was dissatisfied, rather they are intended for management as ideas for improving services.
A nice hotel complex right on the beach with a large swimming pool that looks like a natural pond thanks to the grey-green tiling, even though it is rectangular. Excellent location. My Deluxe Villa was very nice. The management takes care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the nice modern style garden. When I reported a minor defect in the room when I left the hotel in the evening, it was fixed when I returned two hours later - good job.

NetherlandsVery inflexible when trying to modify trip (for no good reason since the hotel wasn’t full), ended up having to pay a night extra because they wouldn’t help us. Restaurant is very expensive and not worth it at all. The cheaper rooms are very close to busy street and not at the beach. The rooms are good size but quite old (shower is terrible for example).

Laosthe staff is not always helpfull and doesnt try to understand our needs the reception didnt accept to give us a second key for my companions who needed to enter the room without waking me up; their answer was that I could give the key to the reception (but how i go back to my room if i give it to the reception), except leaving the door opened. it is impossible to open the door from the terrace of the villa without the key as it is automatically locked the key is attached to the badge that turn on electricity and air conditioning : if you stay 15 mn on the balcony, dont forget the key inside as you cannot reenter your room, or dont shut the door (mosquitoes ?) the bar is not very attractive; i was served a beer without a glass the tap water is salty. it is necessary to reenter the code to connect to internet if we go outside the resort the TV is temporally interrupted at midday every day, and reconnect 5 or 10 mn later.
the resort is well located near the beach and walking distance to the restaurants and shops in the city center

SpainRestaurant was expensive in comparison to all other restaurants along the beach offering a very similar menu. Both Thai and European foods. Be prepared to wake up at 06:00am or earlier to secure a sunbed around the pool in high season. Unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers for the amount of rooms/guests on the property in peak season . Beach Towels are left on sun loungers all day, and very often with no people on them for hours at a time. There is no longer spa facilities provided although it is advertised. Rooms are dated and need renovating.
Amazing location, situated on the Main Street and on Lamai beach. Large Infinity pool with sea views. Massage Area on the property. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and pleasant. Good gym facilities.

SloveniaWe were here years ago and we're a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't really updated. The pool looks nice, but with a closer look it would need a little maintainance. The rooms were quite dark and smelly, our toilet was clogged, but they repaired it instantly.
The reception is big and nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and the sunbeds right on the beach.
