Exceptional in every way. Room was incredibly comfortable, the property and the view were spectacular!! Staff was attentive and kind, and the owners know how to host. And the food was marvelous. This petite Villa is a slice of heaven.

What an absolute gem on Koh Samui, a really lovely location with a wonderful staff, all round every detail was taken care of. We were able to check in earlier and moved to our preferred room, all our thoughts and needs were accounted for and they really do try to make you feel at home. The rooms are well maintained and have a very intimate atmosphere, the view is breathtaking, and if you wake up on time you can catch a beautiful sunrise. Please look no further, this is the place to be. You can easily rent a scooter and access wherever you want to be from here.

My partner and I did a staycation here and had such a lovely time. Martin took care of us from start to finish! We enjoyed a beautiful cake hand made for my partner’s birthday which was even accommodated to be made gluten free as I have an allergy. Breakfast was also accommodated, and so so lovely. We enjoyed it overlooking the sea. Ended our stay with a facial at the spa which was so relaxing, and the staff were top notch. Thanks so much Villa Nalinnadda, we’ll be back ☺️

The hotel is located practically on the road. You can hear the noise of cars. The beach is not entirely suitable for swimming; you need to go to another one.

I really liked this place. I love small boutique hotels and this was one of the best. I really liked that breakfast was brought to the room, once they even brought it to me in the pool simply because at the appointed time I was in the pool and not in the room. The owners of the place are very nice people. They helped me with car rental and other tips about the island. In general, the whole atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly. There are also bicycles for guests use free of charge.

not much to do by foot from the hotel so if you desire to explore outside of the hotel, it may not be your best choice

Quiet, peaceful place for relaxing vacation. Spacious room decorated in style, well working AC, pool, beachfront and amazing breakfast served in the room. We really enjoyed this place!

Windows are plain glass which could be tinted to avoid getting the rooms heating up and the aircon working overtime.

I liked everything about the property. The room was very clean, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly, they served delicious breakfast on the balcony and the swimming pool area was also very nice.

The facilities are a bit old with poor maintenance. For this price they should be in a little better condition. Some small bugs in the bathroom, but it's normal as it is situated far from the city and there are trees all around. In our room, in the morning, there was the sun light directly in front of the balcony, so it was a bit difficult having breakfast outside. However you can ask to have in the swimming pool area, on the shadow of the palm trees. The sea in front of the villa is a dirty, but they do their best to keep the beach clean from sea plants. It is far from Lamai to go on foot (you can take taxi or rent a scooter), but we chose it exactly for this reason; to stay far from the noise. Limited choices for restaurants all around, some street food 15-20 minutes on foot.

Wonderful villa appartements on the beach. We had the first floor room with big balcony and view directly on the sea. Taking a wine there during evening hours is amazing! Generally it is a calm and peaceful environment for who wants to relax. The swimming pool is very clean and we enjoyed staying there every day! Very good breakfast served in the room at the time we agreed the day before. We did all the massage appointments included in the price; try it, they are really professionals!! Kind and smiling personnel, willing to help with everything.

The beach in front is very small and full of garbage which was disappointing, so we stayed by the pool. Also it is in a quiet residential area so you will have to taxi everywhere.

The rooms are beautiful with spectacular views! Very romantic and charming. Massages were good, breakfast and service were also great!

Nothing!! This place exceeded our expectations. We just wish we had a few extra days to relax and enjoy more.

it is close to the busy road so quite a lot of traffic noise during the day - but it dies down in the evening. For some it is a bit far from the bustle of Lamai (for us that was a bonus)

The place is beautiful. Great pool. Great views out to see. Spacious room with comfy bed, outdoor shower & bath. Nice cosmetics. The owner has experience in managing hotels and it shows - little touches that make the difference. Far enough out of the chaos of Lamai, but just couple of minutes walk to the Muslim village with multiple restaurants and shops (closer & better than when we stayed in the 'center' of Lamai). Breakfast brought to your room for a 'private dining' experience.

The area was a bit quiet, you need a scooter to get around.

Such a gem of a property!! We came here for our honeymoon and chose the penthouse room. The room had the most amazing views of the beach and was relatively quiet. Martin and his staff were extremely helpful with assisting us with scooter rental, taxis and tours. We had the most amazing breakfast each morning and loved the complimentary massages. Would definitely come back!! Highly recommend!

The curtains were not blocking the light which made the room very bright even during the night and early morning.

Staff made sure we got everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Daily cleaning, breakfast roomservice, cold drinks in the fridge, pool towels, massages, taxi rides. Perfect.

There's literally nothing remotely bad I could say. Saw some people complaining about the location being remote, but there are plenty of local places to eat around without the hoards of tourists like in Fisherman's Village.

The staff took care of us from the moment we stepped off the plane. Martin wasn't around, but Nokie and Odie made our stay truly exceptional. The only thing better than the spacious rooms, the pool, and the breakfast is the caring staff who are all friendly and professional and can make anything happen for you (motorbike, tours, food, you name it).
