The rooms are not super soundproof so you will hear the road traffic, which depending on the vehicle, can be quite loud.

Staff were super friendly and so helpful. I had friends staying at a villa down the street and they gave me a ride there for free. On my last day, I was able to leave my luggage and use the free shuttle to explore Ao Nang. The weather wasn't great, so I didn't get to fully enjoy the onsite pools and hangout spots. I would definitely stay here again, though, as the service was great and it wasn't in the super touristy part of town.

There was a communication gap regarding the local/city tours, but it was ok we managed things.

Breakfast was good, we liked the beach front restaurant and my kid really enjoyed the stay in villa cha cha.

Rubbish on beach think that the resort should have a responsibility to keep the beach in front of them clean. Plastics etc. should cater more for vegans/ vegetarians as well. Other options😊

View was great from our room, beds were comfortable and good to have a choice of pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful.I enjoyed swimming each day and there was a good choice of pools. Had lots of seating around the pools so great for relaxion and great views. Good choice of seating around restaurant with great views too. Walking distance to ferries and boats for island hopping etc. Great beach cafe walking distance along beach nearby with live music and massage.

From the photos you get an impression of a beautiful sea and beach this is definitely not the case as the pollution is quite bad, plastic etc but the swimming pools are great.

Beautiful views. Hotel shuttle to Ao Nang or pier is super awesome!!. Staying outside the busy area, but still able to go there with no hassle. Hot chocolate at breakfast was delicious.

1. Swimming Pool cleaning can be done early and not around 8.00 am because some people would like to swim in the morning. 2. Room cleaning service can be done late in the afternoon between 2.00 pm to 04.00 pm. 3. The visitor lounge can have some fans or coolers because the open space is not very welcoming especially when you need to wait in the morning before check in.

1. The location of the resort was great as it was facing the unblocked view of the sea. Great to feel the sea breeze and to view the spectacular masterpiece which was everchanging. 2. The staff were humble and polite which is the inborn characteristic of every Thai person. 3. The breakfast was great and they even prepared vegetable fried rice because we are vegetarian which was not on the breakfast menu. 4. Room Service was great.

It was quiet due to being off season but seemed there was no staff as a result. It was almost impossible to get a drink from the bar, in the end we went to the mini mart opposite and brpigh drinks back as it was much quicker. The beach wasn't suitable for swimming unless you walked down the other end as it was very rocky. The rooms were basic and didn't feel very authentic. You could have been anywhere rather than Thailand.

Food was pricey, plates weren’t collected from the room after room service and when I called to have them collected the staff didn’t understand what I was asking for and hung up. I didn’t like the breakfast but I have specific dietary requirements which always limits my options Boats from the port nearby are noisy and start early / finish late and can be heard from the room. You can also hear traffic from the road in the room. Our front door lock didn’t work properly and kept beeping when we tried to get in - sometimes we’d have to wait up to 10 mins for it to work. I didn’t report it though so didn’t give them a chance to fix it

Loved the gardens and pool area - beautiful looking out over the sea and getting the sea breeze. Free shuttle to Ao nang was great. Many of the staff were very friendly and accommodating - one waiter noticed I left my sunglasses by the pool and brought them back to my room. Really nice he went out of his way to do that. Food was tasty and fresh fruit was a life saver at breakfast

Rooms were a little outdated but wasn’t to bad. I think I paid 200$ USD for 3 day stay not to bad. It’s about a 15min ride from the beach area where all the shops are at.

The rooms were very basic and nowhere to put clothes in for a deluxe room we thought it was poor The towels in bathroom were of low quality and air conditioning not sufficient to keep room temperature cool

The location was ok the breakfast was okay but we’re surprised at the food was cold in the heated vessels and flies were able to land on uncovered food

After the meal in the evening we expected similar quality at breakfast. So much choice sometimes can be a bad thing and potentially waste food. Other than that amazing hotel for a night or two.

We arrived very late in the evening, smooth check in with drink on arrival. Pom was lovely and welcoming and helped us with our backpacks! You may think the restaurant charge a premium at the restaurant but it is definitely worth it. The green curry and chicken cashew dish was one of the best during our time in Thailand. We wanted to stay somewhere next to the pier for transfer to Railey and when checking out a member of staff quickly gave us a lift without hesitation. Amazing service and made our onward travel so much easier. Thank you to all staff.
