Is you are not able bodied or struggle with climbing stairs or jumping in and out of boats, this place is not for you unfortunately.

This place is a perfect paradise. The room I was in (c5), I think had the best view. Great prices, great food, fabulous staff. Near enough the town that you can walk, but far enough away that you can’t hear or see it. If you are coming to Phi Phi, stay here.

My shower didn’t work on hot setting. One of the sliding screens in bathroom didn’t shut. Sink had slow drain. Still totally worth the beautiful stay.

The beach is amazing, the beds really comfortable and the wooden houses are awesome. Getting the visit from monkeys is also something to remember.

Little hard to access, waiting for the shuttle boat from the pier was a bit of a process but the workers were super generous to carry our luggage for us, even insisted on it.

The bungalows were beautiful, the beach was a pleasure with bean bag chairs to use at your leisure. Just a few minutes walk away from long beach which was a plus! Facilities were clean and had everything you needed!

The breakfast could be improved in terms of european options. The boat to the pier is not free (costs 150/pax/one way for 5 minute ride/every hour

We didn't like the restaurant food as much but it didn't cause any major problems of course.

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Would return just for them. Beautiful location and resort. Loved the room - clean, specious and well decorated. Loved how quiet the place was too but that was probably due it not being season. Only stayed one night so we didn't get to fully experience the place but the little we did was amazing.

There's nothing not to like.. But pack your mosquito spray

Amazing accommodation in the trees. Loads of space, sea view, extremely clean and nice little touches. Not many facilities (no pool, gym etc if that's what you like) but there's a nice restaurant on the beach and you can walk to the centre of phi phi in 15 minutes and it's on the beach! 110% recommend staying there.

Some of the rooms (the R ones) can be a bit farther from the beach/ restaurant area, but it was only a 5 minute walk, so nothing to really complain about.

The resort was beautiful! Very secluded and peaceful and had everything you need. However you could still walk a hour 20 min into town, which was perfect. The staff was incredible helpful and accommodating, and the food was great!

Bit further out from the town but only a 20-25 min walk so not a big problem and nice beaches along the walk to town

Very scenic location lots of animals and nature around which I loved, staff were all very helpful and provided boat to and from the hotel to get boats from Tonsai pier. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had lots of selection and room was lovely

The air conditioning wasn’t very good and by the time you went to bed the room still hadn’t cooled down to comfortable. The first room we were put in m10a was very high up the hill and my husband who has a heart condition found it very difficult to get to. We had to swap with my son who was in rimlay 2.

The room was very nice and clean. The whole place felt very safe.

Though it is a lovely location to relax you need to get a taxi boat or walk for 20min to get to the main areas or pier where all the day trips leave from. Breakfast need to improve

The bungalow was much better than expected, two rooms with a massive veranda, very big new bathrooms. (I think we were lucky to have one of the latest built units) Food is decent. Staff really helpful Beautiful little beach

Resort is difficult to reach by foot. So you need to use the boat too and from town. We tried the walking route and got lost in the jungle and eaten alive by mosquitoes. Nothing to do with hotel but if you take a tourist trip to Monkey Beach beware of the monkeys. Without provocation they scratched me and ended up with £1k worth of medical costs for rabies prevention. Better to stay in deep water or in the boat!

Location was great. Bungalows really lovely with sea view and big balconies. Very spacious rooms and loved the more authentic Thai decor. Staff very helpful. Loved the boat to and from Phi Phi main town.

This resort is amazing. The rooms are lovely, and the private beach is wonderful! The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable stay. The town is accessible by a beautiful 20-minute walk right along the sea. I will definitely choose this resort again for a stay in Phi Phi.
