this property have many rooms which have about 30 floors but there are only 3 lifts for all guests, it take so long time waiting for the lift during the prime time. so please reserve some time for waiting or just take the stairs.

location is good near various restaurants, room is very clean and same as in the photo promoted, the staff “Khun Au” is very nice and helpful.

The lifts take a very long time and there was always a long queue to get in the lift or it was full.

The pool is too far. The parking space is not enough. Too crowded during the weekend.

Nothing met our expectations. It was chaotic, the bedsheet had a mole and we needed to sleep with it. The view is not the same as shown on the website. It needed maintenance. They came to change the bedsheet the next morning though.

It was a complete scam. Deposit money you will never get back. It was certainly appartment, while booking it was showing rooms like in resort or hotel. It was neither hotel nor resort. Owner of the apartments try to make fake losses and try to eat up all your money. Stay away from Veranda properties. Cockroaches all over

If you're an English speaker do not use this facility. I phoned the agent to let them know I've arrived and they speak little English and hung up on me twice and then didn't pick up calls from my number until I emailed them my line which cam use translate. Horrifically rude, ignorant and just lazy to do such things!

Worst "5 star hotel" I've ever stayed at. Booked this place through Booking.com where it was advertised as being a 5 star hotel. After paying close to $200(AUD) per night, we arrived and were greeted by an empty desk in the lobby with a self check in sign. This was the first red flag. We were later able to find a security guard who gave us a number to call. We called the number and a lady answered, her English was so poor it took us almost half an hour to get inside the room. After the disappointing realisation that the "hotel" we booked was actually a condo that has very little to do with the resort next door, we decided to go out to see the amenities and local businesses. Firstly, the pool that is beachside is actually divided into two parts. The major part is designated to resort guests, and is available to Veranda Residence guests for 800 baht per person per day. The other side of the pool is for the use of both resort and residence guests. None of this was advertised at the time of booking. Secondly, a few minutes walk from the property is Jomtien Beach that has some very nice restaurants and cafes. However, it takes about 25-30 mins drive to Pattaya city and a round trip by taxi will cost around 500 baht (on a good day) It was also impossible to book a Grab from the property because it's located in a pretty dead part of Jomtien, Pattaya. Secondly, as for the room itself, it is also worth mentioning that on arrival we found the master bathroom to have a rather unpleasant smell. As it turns out, this was actually the last thing we worried about because later that day we returned to find a huge cockroach. At night I was woken up by strange whispers and then a gentle thud on my head. It was a cockroach. Lastly, on the last morning of our stay, a lady came in at 11:16am to tell us to turn off the lights and air-conditioning and also take out the rubbish before our check out at 12:00. We self-checked out and left.

some service would have been nice... and a decent beach view instead of the sliver we had if we leaned over the balustrade.

Firstly I had no idea that I wasn't booking the proper hotel experience. When we arrived to find no check-in, no services, and restricted access, I called the manager to discuss this, and before I got 5 words out, she was yelling at me down the line "But you booked residence!" I didn't realise that I wasn't booking a proper hotel at all, but they don't care and do nothing at all to make the stay better. We couldn't even charge drinks at the front to our room and were not allowed access to the front pools. As a result we ate our meals out and brought our drinks in. Whatever you do, don't talk to the manager, she'll bite your head off.

Hard to get transportation from the location. The only contact person was someone on the phone which was available till 8PM. The room is very very Dusty. bed sheet was dirty. Towels are stain and dirty as well. There is a price list for damaging hotel items or making sheets and towels dirty. if y’all charge guest for leaving stains on bed and towels, what are you guys do with the Money when new guest like us checks in and the stains are still there ? The AC was just on freezing, even when the temp shows 25 degrees. After one night out of 4 we was not able to spend another night there due to my dust allergy. But the hotel didn’t care, no offer for another room or refund. i was not able to cancel the rest of my stay. we decided that we would just waist the money and check in to a different hotel instead. which saved our stay in pattaya. Worst experience!

We didn't like the hostess at the restaurant near the swimming pool. We stayed at the property but she treated us like outsiders. She didn't allow us to walk through the restaurant but told us to use the way behind the building to the pool instead. We thought that way was for staff only. She should have a more service mind if she would like to work in the hospitality industry.

We like the room and property. Nice swimming pool and view. The securities at the building are very nice and have a service mind.

The staff was not being helpful, we had trouble opening the room with keycard and had to wait in front of the room 20 minutes for help. The sea view was trivial and tangential, had to lean over side the balcony. The pool was overcrowded and can not share with the adjacent nice hotel pool.
