Garbage smell in mornings and night time when there is no wind, around the back building where the Premium Deluxe Room - jacuzzi, were located (other areas like Deluxe rooms and Pool villa were fine, only applied to that specific building - already provided feedback to hotel and was handled very well). Advertised as dog friendly but had no social areas were dog friendly, only the room and the beach allowed dogs. Restaurants and cafe were not dog friendly, even the outdoor bits of restaurants.

The staffs were all extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were really nice and well designed, good pool space, a lot of variety for breakfast. Pool was nice and big and great access to the beach. Dog friendly for room and specific area by the beach.

Room had great balcony facing beach but was a bit worn around the edges, and didn’t feel 100pc clean. Needs a proper renovation. Watch out for the taxis organised by guys on front door, and avoid the one who calls himself “James Bond”, he’s a very dodgy character.

Great pool, poolside drinks, lovely clean beach and great massage and beach bars nearby. Hotel is a long way from Hua Hin town but I thought this was a good thing and beach so much nicer.

The sunbeds on the beach are in very poor condition. It is a bit difficult to get away from the resort, if you do not go by car.

The resort is right on the beach. It takes about 35 min to drive to Hua Hin. There is a 7/Eleven 10 min walking distance on the main road from the resort. The swimming pool area is lovely, the breakfast is great with a wide selection of continental and asian options and dishes changes every day. My room had a very comfy bed and the shower was great. The balcony was nice with a view to the garden area. The personel was very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. There are small beach restaurants next to the resort, if one desire.

The resort was quiet. That was muchly needed. I night only was it loud from a bus group that came in and set up a live band on the beach.

Hotel has 2 sections; We book the room with private pool & slider we found out later it is in the back section which is not beach front but need to cross the road, it is easy to go to beach but it’s just slightly inconvenient as we went there with small kid. Room is nice but I think slider look a bit too stiff & we’re afraid of safety, we think it will be perfect for adult though.

Nice hotel with good swimming pool & beach front. Breakfast on weekend was nice with “Mooping”. Staffs are polite & helpful.

Skipped deluxe double and deluxe twin and went for premium deluxe room expecting to get a better view only to be disappointed by main road view. Not recommended to book premium deluxe room if you wish to have a better view.

Great rooms, facilities, breakfast and staffs. Swimming pool is big and just right infront of the rooms leading up to the beach. Ample of parking space. Recommend to travel by car.

Wear and tear wall and furniture. Water leak around bath tub. Complaint but don’t think they will fix it. (Looks like it’s been in this condition for a while). Definitely shortage of staff and maids. Service was delayed. Be warning: (like other reviews) Even though I booked with pay at the hotel condition, hotel called two days in advance and wanted to do fully charged to my credit card. (Actually they charged my card before they even called.) If not fully charged, they would do full amount hold on my credit card anyway. (Which is even worst because amount will be hold for days after check out)

Medium-sizes hotel. Weekend is crowded. Good restaurant nearby. Room was good but old. Pool room is cozy but is in the building on the opposite site of street.

I liked the hotel specially the private swimming pool villa that I chose was so prlerfect. Also, the breakfast was so good and various choices. In addition, the facilities in the hotel from the glass room and spa were lovely. However, the hotel location was in front of the beach and that the best for our relaxing and comfort zone.

Although booking was made which confirmed full room payment will be made on arrival and my credit card was given to guarantee the booking telephone call was received day before to pay on telephone. It was not appropriate, not official and than was told check in is at 3 P.M. although on their web and booking.com booking says 2P.M. I paid full payment on check in, my credit card has been pre authorised not once but twice and still is holding pre authorisation on my credit card 2 days after check out. Totally unprofessional in hospitality industry as I have travelled world wide many times staying at 4/5 star hotels never had this experience. Why are they holding my card after fully settled and checked out ?
