Since its nature with nice landscape and lake, expect mosquito bites. I brought mosquito repellent lotion/spray. The rest we really had a great experience and relaxing days during our stay.

Everything. My husband and I stayed in Jacuzzi Suite Water Villa for 3days, 2nights. We were amazed on the villa, it was very nice, comfy and clean beddings, love the jacuzzi with the lake view, nature feels, enjoyed the monkey-watch over our balcony. The foods were really good, great and generous breakfast servings. For breakfast main course, you have to order from their bfast menu and they will cook for you and the rest is laid via buffet (coffee, juices, water, bread, salad, etc.) The swimming pool is huge, clean fresh feel water and has very nice sunset view in the background when we took a photo at the pool ❤. My husband and I had a morning walk tour within the property on our 3rd day (before we check out) which has a very good nature feels. Friendly staff and always greet you with sweet smiles :) This was my fav pick place among the 5 hotels we stayed during our visit to Krabi, Thailand 👍🏻❤

The best in Krabi !So friendly and helpful staff . Amazing scenery with the villas on the lake ! The pool was perfect! Too many options for breakfast and delicious!The hotel provided free transportation to Ao nang and Railway beach!!! Thank you for all ! We are planning to come back soon!!!

The food for dinner wasn’t good and it took forever to get what you ordered. Another thing we were disappointed with was that there were no message in the resort which was extremely strange as it is so needed in a perfect place like this.

Wow!!! One of the most beautiful places we stayed at. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, they thought about everything you might need, very calm, huge beautiful pool, the bath outside the room is so fun and unique. Simply amazing! The whole place is so well designed. The coffee shop near the rice fields is just beautiful.

The room was amazing and clean. Very quiet place to relax. The resort offers free charge transportation to Railay beach and Ao Nang every day. The staff was very friendly and kind. The pool is huge and with mineral water.

Tranquil, absolutely beautiful. Traditional decor, spacious and clean room. Free fresh fruits with beach towel and bag provided. 5 mins drive from Ao Nang Mao beach and 15 mins drive from Ao Nang beach.

Absolutely gorgeous! Booked for 2 nights and prolonged. Great service of a 5 star hotel, they offer plenty of activities on site and off site. There is restaurant and cafe on site. Food is delicious. Please note that they don’t sell alcohol but you can bring your own to the room. I would suggest to book it for min 3 nights and I myself beil. come next time for 5 nights

Don't have a bad thing to say!

It was our first time visiting Krabi, the staff are beyond helpful. I'm an Australian who speaks fluent Thai and brang my friend and partner over and they spoke so politely in English to them and the free shuttle services was super helpful. I came to celebrate my 30th and was greeted with cake and fresh fruit. They have lots of family friendly activities at the resort and a lot of them are free inclusive to your stay! We did the paddle boarding. The breakfast buffet was also delicious Very tidy rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed in the family suite and also the Jacuzzi suite. We will be coming back. Gus is so lovely in recommending tours. You can book anything from the resort and they organise pick up and all for your convenience. So if you haven't prepared anything, they can help! A wonderful and unique hotel,made surrounding a lagoon and surrounded by a lovely forrest,huge area and without border ,yes there is no wall around as the hotel area as it merges into the forrest around. Beautifully appointed room , good breakfast spread, restaurants too have very nice views ! Staff always smiling and helpful. They offer free drop and pick up to Railey and Ao Nang !

The location felt like it was a little bit in the middle of nowhere. Also we missed that it was a dry hotel. It would be better if this was clearer.
