it would have be better if the hotel made some night activities like live band, parties on the beach…

The staff is very kind and caring, the room was amazing, the food also was amazing, the hotel’s private beach and pool were great and we also had a massage in the spa and it was out of this world

The staff were amazing. Our butler Nicki was exceptional. She went over & above our expectations making our stay memorable. Kaew from the restaurant was great. We saw her every morning for breakfast & she always greeted us with a smile & remembered what we liked. Would come back again.

Incredible stay at the Vana Belle. The staff made this trip very special, especially Nicky and Pip. The Villa was gorgeous and the Resort had everything we needed. Would recommend this highly.

Generally nothing to complain about at all. We didn't see much of our butler, but we didn't need to really. One word of warning - cocktails can be on the strong side (but lovely!).

Beach is too rough to swim with no lifeguard. We stayed for a week and dined most nights in the hotel. The Hotel manager was never seen by us and should have introduced himself.

Honestly nothing! Best place we’ve been

What not to like?!! is a great resort! The beach is cleans and fantastic, the room was incredible too. Welcome treat and treats in the room and beach occasionally. The breakfast, dinner were absolutely delicious! Do recommend the satay! The staff were the most helpful and friendly people ever - service just spot on! there were not so many guests due to still not being high touristic season which was very quiet and enjoyable. The pools at room and common were super clean and good temperature. great cocktails served with a service call button at the beach. Is generally in a quiet part of Chaweng beach, which is a big plus. Hammock and swing at the beach and very comfortable sun-beds. The staff at the restaurant and reception are amazing! They booked taxis for us. The common gardens and spa which we experienced were incredible. It is a truly 5star resort and the best one we have been. We will be returning!

Nothing, everything was great.

We were welcomed by Pumm, who was our butler during our stay. After checking in we went to our suite, which was amazing with a large central room with the bed that had a view to the ocean, a huge bathroom with bath/hottub, shower and double sinks, and a terrace with an incredible infinity pool with a view of the ocean. From the arrival to the departure, Pumm was there whenever we needed something, from advising on restaurants and making the reservations and arranging the taxi, to surprising us by preparing a wonderful bath when we came back from a day trip. The resort is very nicely arranged and has everything you need for a great stay: an amazing breakfast, great restaurants, a private beach and a nice pool with a poolbar. If you need to move around the resort and don't wat to walk, there is a buggy service that is lightning fast. Everybody there was incredibly friendly, helpful and they provide a great service in everything they do. All in all an amazing and wonderful experience,

Absolutely amazing experience yet again. My children and I were treated like royalty the entire time. I cannot wait to return to this slice of heaven on earth. The breakfast included daily is worth the visit alone let alone the amazing resort shrouded in jungle.
