The room was very clean, calm and cool. The owner Bill is very nice and can recommand very authentic and good restaurants. You can rent bike as well at his place, it is a better deal than booking it at the pier, I won't do the same mistake next time :)

Everything! Bill was very lovely and so was his wife; she actually dropped us off at the port for free in the morning for our ferry! The place is so clean all the time, so quiet too, comfy bed, great facilities, everything! Bill also rents out motorbikes which is helpful to get around on. Can’t fault this place at all! We’ve recommended our friends to stay here too :) Thankyou!

A little bit far from the beach (for me personally) as it’s up a slight hill however this was not an issue as soon as we hired a bike from Bill

We stayed here for 4 nights while doing our diving course and were so sad to leave! Rooms are clean and have everything you need. It’s central but still in a calm area. If you plan on renting a scooter I recommend you do it at the accomodation, the owner Bill is so nice and helpful.

Great stay, everything was clean comfortable and great facilities. We found it helpful having a fridge in our room. The location was perfect, a short scooter ride to beaches and short walk into town. Our host was really helpful and gave us a warm welcome. He even noticed it was my birthday when checking in and recommended Yang Restaurant which we went to and was delicious.

Host was friendly, everything we needed for our stay in Koh Tao, lot of good restaurants in the area and 10 minutes walk to Sairee beach. We rented a bike to visit further places but it's walkable to enjoy Sairee area.

there was construction work next to our room (from the Accommodation next to the guest house) and it got a little bit noisy during some hours of the day. It was no Problem in general but it would have been nice to know it before.

The guest house was amazing. The room was comfortable, super clean and well equipped. We got fresh towels and a room cleaning every two days. The owner was super friendly. We would definitely come back!

Bill the owner was the nicest man we have ever met he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and his wife gave us a lift to the pier when we were leaving which was so kind! We also got to hire bikes from him. The location was fab only a 8 minute walk to the main strip. We are hoping to come back for Christmas!!

The location as it was up a hill, but it wasn’t bad if you rent a motorbike! And you can do this from the accommodation.

Bill was super nice and helpful! The room was spacious and came with a fridge etc. It felt clean and someone made our bed and gave fresh towels when we didn’t ask for it. Which I’d say is more than we’d expect from a guesthouse :)

Only thing we would say is the shower is quite low so you have to duck if washing hair (not a bad thing but just to add). So if you are tall may be a struggle!

Good for the price. Owners were lovely and welcoming. Was very very clean, we rented a bike which was cheaper than the rest of the island. Good location, situated up a hill off the main places so was quiet in the night.
