At night you could hear the music from the bars by the beach which wasn’t best for sleeping, would recommend some ear plugs.

They came to meet us at the pier and took our luggage so we didn’t have to carry it. We liked the location of the property, as it was out of the busy main streets, but still only minutes walking back there or to the beach. They gave us an option to choose if we want a room with not too much stair walking or the one up the hill. We went for the second and thought it’s worth the high walk (100+ steps) as the views from that room were amazing, you could see both sides of the island. The pool was a nice place for a quick refresh. Would recommend.

The location of the hotel is extremely uphill and lots of steps. Not as central as other Phi Phi accommodation. The room was a little dated and dark, also I woke to loads of ants in my bed.

There were ants in the room, and the pillows weren’t as comfortable but still managed to sleep.

Location was very good, and the view from the room was very nice. Very friendly staff who helped us carry and move our bags around. They carried our bags from the port to the hotel and back to the port after we checked out.

The staff was very nice, the girl at the reception was very attentive and pleasant. The room was very clean and although there were a lot of stairs, the views were amazing. It was a great stay!

We paid slightly more then the agreed price online.

The view from the room was great, the room was nice and tidy and met all our needs. The boat tour they offer at the counter is extreme value for money. Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay again.

It needs a little more cleaning because there were a lot of ants and the towels are already in need of change.

The place has a nice view of the sea and the mountains, it is quite quiet and the route to the viewpoints is close by.

Honestly not really much to say about what we didn’t like. If you’re not a fan of steps then perhaps this would be quite difficult as there were a number or steep steps to climb. However, for us it was worth it for the view.

Staff were very polite and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for you. They take your bags from the pier and offered to take them back after checkout. We booked a sea view room and it was definitely worth it to watch the sunset. Rooms were comfortable, clean and cosy.

- Ants in the bathroom, there were so many ants in my toiletry bag... - after room service I always had mosquitoes in my room... Maybe the staff should keep the doors closed during cleaning - Towels have stains - In the morning there was already cleaning or renovation work going on in the room next to me, that shouldn't be the case in my opinion. At the end of the day, the guests are here to sleep and the hotel should at least not make any noise so early in the morning.

Lovely stay in uphill cottage. Pool was relaxing and with a lovely view. Rooms were small but perfectly functional. Staff were very helpful and collected us from the boat and brought our bags. The property has a good few steps but this did not bother us at all. Hotel organised our boat tour of phi phi which was excellent and safe.

There are too many steep stairs that needs to be climbed. However it’s worth the view.

The room has the best view, I got a complimentary room upgrade from the hotel. The reception staff is very sweet. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Overall great experience.

Lovely and friendly staff. Staff are helpful in booking tours etc. Pool. Great views. Good size room. Balcony. Fridge. Bottle water. Close to restaurants, shops, 7-11.

The door key is welded to the electric key so you cannot leave your air con on whilst out. You have paid for a room with air con, you should be allowed to use it as you please throughout your stay. Hiking up the many steps to the room and getting into a boiling hot room wasnt an option for us so we had to leave our room unlocked for our entire stay and pack everything into bags and padlock them every time. We chose somewhere further from the main area to try and avoid the noise but as the rooms are so high up hill the music from the beach is just blasting into the room all night till 2am & ear plugs alone did not help, not the hotels fault but if the room had proper windows/door this could help a lot.

Such a nice bright airy room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice view from the balcony and the pool area. Pool area was nice and usually quiet during our stay. Staff are really helpful and also do free luggage transfers from the port but make sure you arrange this before so they know to come for you. New water as much as you need, and beach/pool towels to borrow for free. Laundry service was cheap and reliable :) really enjoyed staying here and would recommend
