- Ants in the bathroom, there were so many ants in my toiletry bag... - after room service I always had mosquitoes in my room... Maybe the staff should keep the doors closed during cleaning - Towels have stains - In the morning there was already cleaning or renovation work going on in the room next to me, that shouldn't be the case in my opinion. At the end of the day, the guests are here to sleep and the hotel should at least not make any noise so early in the morning.

Lovely stay in uphill cottage. Pool was relaxing and with a lovely view. Rooms were small but perfectly functional. Staff were very helpful and collected us from the boat and brought our bags. The property has a good few steps but this did not bother us at all. Hotel organised our boat tour of phi phi which was excellent and safe.

The room has the best view, I got a complimentary room upgrade from the hotel. The reception staff is very sweet. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Overall great experience.

The door key is welded to the electric key so you cannot leave your air con on whilst out. You have paid for a room with air con, you should be allowed to use it as you please throughout your stay. Hiking up the many steps to the room and getting into a boiling hot room wasnt an option for us so we had to leave our room unlocked for our entire stay and pack everything into bags and padlock them every time. We chose somewhere further from the main area to try and avoid the noise but as the rooms are so high up hill the music from the beach is just blasting into the room all night till 2am & ear plugs alone did not help, not the hotels fault but if the room had proper windows/door this could help a lot.

Such a nice bright airy room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice view from the balcony and the pool area. Pool area was nice and usually quiet during our stay. Staff are really helpful and also do free luggage transfers from the port but make sure you arrange this before so they know to come for you. New water as much as you need, and beach/pool towels to borrow for free. Laundry service was cheap and reliable :) really enjoyed staying here and would recommend

The bathroom was clean, but very dated. Thin walls and quite a big gap under the front door, meaning you could hear everything outside and next door.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful upon check in, and check out. Great value for money, and only a 5 min walk to the main part of town. The steps would keep you very fit! 😊

It was good had a fridge tea coffee what u expect and a safe The shower was not luxury, but you are in the middle of the island and the water was good pressure everything was working flushing ect AC was also good cooled down the room in a matter of of minutes , balcony also has views very nice Has a pool Up the hill and right next to the view point Quite And right next to (2min walk) to all your bars , strips and a 10 min walk from the pier We even got picked up from the ferry and our bags carried BONUS

Good location, beautiful views from pool (however very small and 4 sunbeds). Out away enough from the music however very easy to get everywhere. Got collected from the port and my bag carried and could leave it there when was leaving after check out time.

The beds are hard.

The room was clean and tidy and had a nice view of the ocean. The Staff are very lovely and kind. It was also far enough to not hear the club music but only a 10min walk down to the beach.

The pool was gross, but I didn’t use it, lots of gorgeous beaches around. There was a lot of stomping above my room, noise from staff I believe.

Although you have quite a few steps to walk up, it is in a great location and it’s quiet up there. The staff take your luggage up and down which is nice. The room was small but had all I needed. The staff was very nice and helpful.
