We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our stay was brief but wonderful. The hosts are extremely kind and made our stay very comfortable. 2 min away from the pier and the room was spacious and with loads of natural light. The bed was also super comfortable which was amazing for our backs after backpacking for 2 weeks🤣

It was a quiet family run place with very nice and friendly people, Uncle Racha and his family. They were very helpful with organizing our travel back to Bangkok, recommended a wonderfull trip kayaking in the Klong Nam. It is near the ferry pier to Ko Phi Phi Nothing was to much. They will drop you in town if you want to go to have some food at the night market or rent a scooter. Just stay with them and your stay in Krabi town will be great.

Great place for a layover, staff are very genuine and friendly people. Room is huge, comfortable, strong aircon, extremely clean. Close to the pier and staff can sort you out for ferry tickets to phi phi.

Suitable stay for family. Felt safe. Quiet surrounding. Free unlimited drinking water. Free unlimited coffee (various), bread and banana. Room and bathroom are super clean. No any unpleasant smell. Room is huge. bed super comfy. Free car service to Krabi town to send and pick up (about 1.7km one way; you may consider to tip them). No time limitation (but be considerate and if very late, take a grab). Willing to send to Krabi airport at early morning with minimum charge. Assist in all type of inquiries with friendly face. Assist to arrange 7 island tour with good service provider.

The room was spacious and the AC worked very well. We booked one night, and it was a perfect stay. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies.
