Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI was here just for the night. The host organised a free pick and drop service and was polite and helpful. I found it safe are to walk around at night and there is a 7/11 not to far away and also a street food market incase you get in late and need a meal once Restaurants close for the night. They have a common pantry area that can be accessed 24*7 which was pretty cool.

We've been picked up from the airport and were taken to the pier on the next day. Sweet little pool and outdoor gym on the premises. Will stay again!

The hosts were amazing. They picked us up at the Bangkok Pier and drove us to the airport at 5:20AM!!! And with a smile:). For the really inexpensive rate, this was PERFECT for the transfer from Koh Phangan to the Airport. the room is more than adequate and very clean. There was a pleasant pool which we did use, and it was walking distance to some VERY nice restaurants. It is surprisingly quiet down their own lane, away for the main road. I will use this place again with no hesitations.

Belgium- Communication (messages) with the owner was sometimes a bit of a hassle. But it didn't really caused a problem during my stay. . - The aircon units are clean because they're pretty new, but I do hope for them they will clean the inside on a regular basis in the near future, because I had the impression they didn't really considered this when I asked for the condition of them before I arrived. Seems like a common thing in Thailand. (Dirty aircons are an infestation of bacteria that gets blown into the room and makes people sick) - I was missing a TV in the room. (prices for the rooms on the island are higher than on the mainland, so a TV should be included for this price).
- Some beds have a good mattress, others can be a bit hard (I stayed in 2 different rooms due to extending my stay) - Clean room, well maintained. - besides the airplanes in the distance it's pretty quiet.

Super close to the airport. As I was just staying for one night it was super convenient. Clean facilities. Shared kitchen with free water bottles to grab and coffee in the morning. Even toast and jam was supplied :) There’s an outdoor gym with everything you need. The pool next to it was super clean. The owner took me to the ferry pier in the morning at 8.30am for FREE! Thank you!

FinlandBecause it is close to the airport (10 minutes by car) it can be disturbing for someone when planes takeoff and land to the airport. This was not problem during nights and if you don't spend too much time at the place during daytime.
Very clean and close to one of the piers and the airport of Koh Samui. The staff was really friendly and I mean really really nice. The area was calm and had pool and gym.
