Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI did not say I had that a dog, so when I got that, they told me that I will be charge extra 500,00 THB per night because I should stay only in the first floor in a big suite, plus 500,00 THB per night because I had a small dog( 4kg). Really? The whole hotel was empty; my dog fits in my hand; why I should stay in that big suite?

GermanyIt is an airport hotel, so you will have noise of people coming and going at all times, especially at night time - that is disturbing. We had a room in the basement and the aircon of the room on top of ours was also behind our window and made a lot of noise during night time. Getting sleep was difficult.
Very friendly staff, good English speaking, 15 min. drive from the Airport, good breakfast and a good dinner, hotel in a remote area of the city but they provide food (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

GermanyWe booked for 1500 Baht. The charged us 500 Bt upgrade for a dog room plus another 500 for our small dog. We had ticks in the room. No fly screens but many mosquitos outside. The garden not closed, potentially open for streetdogs. The room and the bed smelled mouldy. The garden and the pool not as beautiful as in the pictures. TV signal and Wifi very slow. Mobil data reception weak. Location very remote. Far from any shop or restaurant.
We could bring our dog. The staff was friendly.

United StatesThis is a beautiful and well cared for property with really kind staff. It’s extremely comfortable and quiet! It was the perfect landing for our first two nights in Thailand. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us at the train station each day. It’s only a couple kilometers away but not walkable so the ride was appreciated. Activities are a distance but it was nice staying outside downtown to get our bearings. The breakfast was simple and a great start to our day. We enjoyed a dip in the small pool the morning we left. Thank you for your kindness and hard work. Definite recommendation!
