The location alongside the road is quite busy with a lot of motorbikes travelling pass making the area bit noisy during night time. The facilities of the property were a bit old and the cable TV could hardly watch due to weak signal.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The latex pillows and mattress were also comfortable.

I had 2 rooms next to mine, occupied by Arabic people (Saudi I guess) playing music very loud, very rude people, always noisy, not respecting anything and the worst is the staff of the management are not doing anything so I could not rest properly and just because of that I left after a night only. They’re also asking for 1k bath deposit which is not mentionned Anywhere where you book but I understand to ask this when you have these people from Saudi, from one bas to stop them or at least talk to them !

Location is good, the wifi is also good the team is trained properly and know more or less what to do, my only comments would be to have nicer people at the reception sometimes the girl at the reception is a bit rude/Cold, but I guess it’s almost everywhere in small hotel.

Shower over the toilet but you get used to this in SEA.

Only one useable powerpoint situated about 2m from bed. Fortunately I had extension with me. Air conditioning could be better. Seems inadequate at first, and takes a night to cool room. Stayed for four nights, so overall not too bad. Cannot separate jet from room card and therefore required to turn off electricity supply when leaving room - saves owners expense but not ideal for hotel guests.

Room size OK. Relatively large bathroom with plenty of space on vanity, floor mat and towel sets of decent quality. Rooms equipped with table and two chairs, large wooden cupboard with mirror, another table and bedside cabinet. Restaurant offers breakfast and lunch. Coffees and pancakes good, as was burger.

Very nice hotel in a great location about 10 min walk to Bangla road, everything is close to you from 7/11 to a night food market and even a mall. The staff is very friendly and helps you with anything you need. Good value for money, If you are looking for a room with a private shower and a huge bed and that's all you need I would book this place.

Was so close to the city Center, and the staff were amazing. The even offer us a beach towel for free.

It's not a big deal but the furniture is a bit outdated but still everything works fine and you get used to it.

Shout out to the girls at the reception, they helped me out when I lost my phone! Good location, quiet and only 15 min walk from the beach.

A short walking distance to the centre of the action. Clean comfortable room. Quiet inspite of being right in the heart of things. 24 hour front desk was helpful especially when we were making up our itinerary as we went.

Good breakfast, staffs very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to Junceylon shopping mall and Bazaan market. Very convenient for eating, massage, pharmacy and everything. Overall is good hotel and certainly value for money.

Always takes 15 minutes to figure out the TV/Cable remotes. Only grounded western electrical outlet (laptop) is by the bathroom sink. Ordered scrambled eggs, came out very runny, had to send it back (I'm usually not the type of person to do this).

Room is always functional. Rooms are generally clean, with minor wear and tear. Bed is comfy. AC works great. Breakfast is ok,
