Everything was excellent, we had beautiful room on the beach, very clean and comfortable. The biggest acknowledgements go to staff who was very kind, helpful and dedicated. The resort has nice pool and good massages. Food in the restaurant was also great. Ko Lanta is beautiful island, we rented a scooter in the resort for exploring it. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Unless you can use a scooter or hire a car, getting around is very expensive. Twin bay hire both. Also the beach was littered. It's ok once you are at the low tide mark but you have to tread carefully to get there. I found this at all of the koh lanta beaches. Apparently it's the currents at low season but there's not quite true. Unlike beaches north of phuket, here resorts simply don't clean them. Furthermore locals, net fishing off the beach, drag in plastics and debris, which they leave on the low tide mark, once they have picked out the fish. I saw this everyday. Though it's depressing to see that amount of plastic and litter, it's worse knowing resorts can't be bothered to clean the beaches their businesses thrive on.

Loved it chilled vibe. Currently having building renovations so upgraded to a bungalow on the beach for no extra cost which was kind and you cannot beat going to sleep and waking up to the beach view through huge glass patio doors. It's also very quiet with a wonderful pool right on the beach. The beach is very gently sloping so swimming is excellent and safe. It's at the end of the krung doa beach so you can easily walk the whole length. Though the bungalows are dated, they are huge and comfy and staff come and clean them everyday and top up your up teas coffees towels etc. Finally the staff are helpful, particularly Nick, who has outstanding English having been raised in New Zealand. Every vo.pany does pick up and drop offs from and to it.

Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Thailand, this one would be the first one I’d return to. We stayed in the Deluxe Beach-Front Bungalow, and it was well worth the money. It was very clean and cosy, and the bed was super comfortable. The pool is really nice and is super cool right on the beach. The breakfast is basic, but very good and well worth it (especially since there’s not much within walking distance). The staff are super friendly and helpful, and made our stay sooo much better. While there’s not much nearby, the town is just a few minutes away by motorbike, and the location is really nice between the two bays. Also, the construction wasn’t felt at all.

The water wasn’t hot for showers, you need a bike/car to get around (very few places in walking distance), the beach is a bit dirty with trash (the staff often clean this up though!), the rooms are a bit musty smelling but you get used to it and it isn’t really a problem

Beautiful infinity pool in front of the beach, quiet area, good AC, good WiFi, clean rooms, nice staff, food & drinks available, car & bike rentals available at reception, massage area in the resort

Beautiful location, a bit set away from the main road, so very quiet but still an easy reach to main road. The resort has a great pool, awesome massage and superfriendly staff. Bungalows are quite spacious. We had a garden view, but that was really pretty too and you still have a bit of ocean view as the sea comes on both sides.

Everything. Nyck and his team are wonderful hosts. The room was right in front of the beach with easy access. It's low season, not many people are on the whole island. Our stay was serene like we wanted.

We had an amazing time at Twin Bay Resort. The staff were the friendliest we have encountered in our travels around Thailand. Just the little things like giving us some waters before we left on a long journey. Very helpfull as well. The pool was amazing and even though there was some construction going on, we did not notice. Price/ quality is really good and until the end of June they also have special deals because of the lowseason. 10/10 would recommend!

I guess the only thing I would say is that you need a scooter to get anywhere so if you aren’t comfortable riding one it’s a bit of a walk to any restaurants.

The location was great for us as a small family, very well shaded throughout, even on the sand. 5 min scooter ride into Saladan where you can get all you needs and it’s a quiet road too. Local little food vendors near the resort where you can get cheap eats. The staff were very attentive and even upgraded our stay which was awesome. We had a Thai grill on the beach and were very looked after the entire time. Shoutout to Nick who was bilingual and was very helpful. The pool was great too.

We liked most the staff; they have done everything to make the guests feel comfortable. When we asked to switch rooms, the staff has made it happen. We also liked the nice and quiet beach, away from the crowds. We really had a great time!!!

The only thing that could be improved is the food quality in the restaurant. The staff is very nice and it's a lovely setting oitdoors, but the food tends to be too oily. (Penang Curry), completely different serving sizes from day to day (Morning Glory). It's not bas, it could just it wasn't bas, but moving the quality up a level would be more in time with the resort. We asked the desk to have one breakfast to take Amy in the early morning and they didn't have it. Not sure if that was a restaurant or front desk staff mistake.

This hotel is located about 10 minutes from the ferry, on what feels like a semi private stretch of beach. You can walk down the beach to several restaurants but it's a little separate which is very nice. We had a bungalow that didn't face the water, which was fine because I'm sure it was less expensive. They each have a little front patio to enjoy if the mosquitos aren't too bad. The water-facing bungalows look super with the beach right in front. The pool is facing the beach also, is super clean and large. There are tons of lounge chairs everywhere so plenty of places to lay and sit in the shade. They've also placed bean bag chairs around the property for more seating.the pool is open letter than many places we've stayed in (10 pm) which allows for an after dinner swim. They also have a poolside bat open until 9:30 in the evening - again, a nice touch as many places have a pool bar that's closed. The entire staff was lovely, helping us to rent a scooter, get back to the ferry, trying to help me to find a lost item, etc. We stayed 3 days but you could spend a week exploring different beaches. Besides the beach right in front our 2 favorite spots were Nui Beach and the Kung Fu bar south about a 30 minute drive, on the beach. We ould definitely stay at Twin Bay again.

Based on a mud beach so not great for swimming however a great swimming pool is a very good substution. The staff could be more operational, ie. The barman could pick up the empty glasses around the pool / or clean tge wet chairs from time to time as most of the time he was not too busy. Also garbage could be picked up also in less obvious places ( in bushes around tge swimming pool) that would give the ressort a more clean and glamorous touch. Kids found a lot if plastic waste while chasing lizards… this is a pity and doesn’t cost big effort ! Breakfast should be imprived by giving some more variety or alternatives ( homemade pankakes for example ?)

Great value for money- lovely quiet ressort for relaxing holidays!
