Friendly staff. Nice room. Restaurant makes a great pizza and a superp creme brouilet. Easy access to the beach which many other hotels in Kata don't have. Price was reasonable.

The main issue we had was with the sewage smell that often made its way through the hotel, as others have flagged. This really wasn't pleasant whilst relaxing in the pool and we also experienced issues in our own room, so I think there's a wider plumbing issue in the hotel to be addressed. Also, whilst we were very close to Kata beach, it was unfortunately filthy, with plastic rubbish, ropes and dead fish all over the sand, so we barely spent any time there. Therefore, excluding the beach, the location of the hotel is quite far from the action - it took us 30 mins to get to most places worth visiting (Andamanda, Big Buddha, Carnival Magic, etc) and taxis/Grab are so expensive here.

An impressive resort, located just opposite Kata beach. Reception staff were great - we had a lovely check-in, with cold towels, mini ice creams and delicious drinks. The hotel is huge and had plenty of space to relax, with two large pools, swim-up bars and plenty of loungers. The view from the smaller pool was particularly impressive. The room was clean and really spacious and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The huge balcony came in handy for relaxing with a view of the pool, and for drying clothes! Housekeeping did a great job with keeping the room spotless and topping up essentials. Kata is known to be a quieter area (compared to Patong) but there were still plenty of shops/restaurants within walking distance.

Resort facilities are really good. everything is spacious and well maintained. Staff is friendly and very informative when needed.

Gym needs some upgrade. Going out for a walk is not that nice as there is not enough footpaths on the street.

The location was good, 2 nice pools, We had an amazing view. The staff was super super friendly and always willing to help.

Breakfast was good but the same every day . Not good choice eggs omelette cereal . Toasties would be good . Over charging of mini bar several times when had not been restocked .

There was a slight smell throughout the hotel, even in the rooms. Also, even though there are lifts, a bit of walking is still required to get to the rooms.

I loved how close it was from the Kata beach, about a 2 mins walk only. There's also a 7-eleven opposite the resort, so that was very convenient.

Old amenities - very tired. This includes towels, bed linen (grey, worn out). Water pressure is poor. Cleaning is very average. Floors are only swept in the middle of the room (all bread crumbs stayed under the table for 2 weeks), sink and bath tube did not seem to be ever washed in 2 weeks. Lots of stairs from lobby to the room (literarily took ~5 mins to get from the lobby to the room, and you’re walking 4.5 out of 5 mins). Not that it is physically very hard - but minding the heat and humidity, this creates inconvenience.

Great personnel. Good price for the quality. Lots of plants on the territory of the hotel, and they are being taken care of.

Lots of stairs needed to navigate around the resort.

All the staff are really friendly, helpful and remember you. Especially Tiffany and Daisy. Breakfast was very nice.

Aircond in my room was not in the best condition but acceptable. I was offered to switch room but declined for the trouble in moving.

The gym is not well maintained. The AC in the gym was not on.

The room was spacious with comfy bed. The resort is walking distance to the beach and there are some good restaurants nearby, a convenient store is right opposite. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with ice cream and some juice. There are 2 swimming pools which is just around 1.2m depth so it's very safe.

The first night they gave us a cheaper room and not the one with garden and pool view that we paid for. After request, they moved us the day after. To make us happy after this inconvenient we asked for 1 free breakfast and they said yes ! So well done, good management.

Building 6 is difficult to get to and you will need to climb stairs even though there are lifts. Food wasn’t bad but there are loads of places within easy walking distance and a fresh fruit stall outside.

Location and closeness to beach and other amenities. The lush gardens. Swimming pools. It was great just sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the odd thunderstorm. The rain was refreshing and not a problem. I would thoroughly recommend and choose this hotel again.

The ground around the pool could be cleaner and there is only one low capacity lift for the whole resort which is very hot inside.

Clean comfortable room with 2 nice swimming pools and swim up bars. Welcome drink and snack was nice and staff are so friendly.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice, and the rooms were clean and bright The hotel is situated in the hill above the beach, with a very nice view. The two pools were alså very nice and clean. The walk to the beach took about 3 minutes.
