From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We arrived earlier than the check in time and they gave us delicious snacks while they chased up the people preparing our room. We only had to wait 10-15 mins for it to be ready. The reception is available 24 hours a day and any requests were handled very promptly. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are amazing. Our room opened straight up into the pool and was super relaxing. Not a single complaint about our stay there. Wish we stayed longer!

Everything was just what we wanted. No Children :) Not that we do not like children but to get aways from them :) Our room was on ground floor and we get into the pool every day of our lives (even at home), so this was a big bonus for us just to roll out of bed into the pool! The room was spacious enough for the two of us it is just a sad that we only spent a week here. We will come back for longer in future to see more of the surroundings and to enjoy them at a slower pace. THe breakfast was good and we got all that we needed every morning (and a little extra)

This place is incredible! The employees are exceptionally kind, helpful, and most of them speak English. My friend and I stayed for two nights, and we regret not booking a longer stay. I will definitely be back. The breakfast was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean—even the elevators smelled nice. The pool is stunning as well. I want to give a special thank you to Eye and Ray, who were incredibly supportive when my friend got food poisoning (from eating street food). They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, caring for her and checking on her progress. Thanks again! I can't recommend this place enough!

Everything went well and there wasn't anything that we didn't like there. The airport transfers were a bit expensive (around AUD50 each way), so we ended up going with a different company instead for half that cost.

There was a good selection of items for the buffet breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and doing their best to ensure we are having a good time and everything is to our liking. The room is very spacious and very well maintained.

There is a bit of road noise from time to time, but this can’t be helped by the hotel, and it’s not intrusive into the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Food and drinks were very good. Room was vey clean and well maintained. Location is very good, right in the middle of the Kata beach strip, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, tuk-tuk and taxi, and scooter hire.

Actually the sunbeds were quite old but they were all replaced with new ones on the day we left.

This is a great location to Kata beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, it is very clean, and the staff are amazing, nothing is to hard for them, and they always have a beautiful smile.

Absolutely no complaints - everything was perfect!

I am so glad I booked to stay at Chanalai Romantica, it is the best place in Kata beach! It is an adult only hotel, so the pool is always clean and you can lounge around it (with in house table service!). The rooms are large, each with their own balcony (or pool access). Because they all face onto the pool, every room has a good view. Cleaning is exceptional, staff are helpful. The breakfast is delicious and a big selection of options. The hotel is also close to the beach, but on the nice part of Kata Road strip that you have nice restaurants near by (no night noise). Next time I am in Phuket this is where I'll be staying.
