Nothing I didn’t like. I would advise to have transport, although I opted not to I managed to get into the main pier by taxi also on one day staff from the hotel kindly gave me a lift!

The location is stunning. The staff were super friendly and so so helpful. Absolutely loved this place. I wanted a quiet stay away from crowds this was perfect!

You should take in account 2 things: 1. You’re inside the jungle, so it’s possible to see some small animals inside the bungalow, don’t ask me how I know it 😂 2. You need a motorbike to arrive places around this amazing island, because it’s a bit isolated place, but it also the magic. In the last line - I really enjoyed this place, I recommend!

Restaurant prices were a little high for what they were compared to elsewhere.

Quite a hike to get up to the rooms, but is to be expected. You’ll get your daily workout.

What an incredible stay at Tree House Bungalows!! The service was exceptional, the food and drinks were outstanding (best spring rolls and breakfast pancakes ever) and beautiful views. I would certainly recommend if you fancy a peaceful stay away from Sairee Beach. There was a great atmosphere in the evenings - we had a thoroughly great time.

I would recommend possibly having a scooter or being prepared to pay for taxis as it’s a bit of a walk from any main areas if you want to leave the property. Not a negative - just a recommendation.

The location was great to be away from the main area for a few days. The room was clean and the property well kept overall. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the owners were absolutely lovely. The food in the restaurant was delicious & so was breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Koh Tao & will recommend to friends.

Without moped, location was a little awkward but soon learnt that moped made it super accessible! Toilets smelt due to no proper plumbing but not enough to ruin a stay!

Breakfast was delicious! Staff couldn't do enough for you. Gave great recommendations for whilst on the island. Easy hire of moped. Views!!!! Absolutely stunning!!

was in front of the road so you hear bikes every now and then, but it wasn’t a big deal, especially since my bungalow (cheapest option) was the closest to the road anyway.

Amazing accomodation highly recommend staying here. We stayed for 1 night as we were island hopping and didn’t have much time. The view from the bugalow was beautiful literally felt like a tree house. A lot of stairs to climb but worth the view. The staff went above and beyond to help us to get to the pier on time as we rented a moped and needed to get it dropped off and then to the pier for our ferry for 9am. I would of stayed here for longer if I had more time.

The bathroom could really do with an update, little dirty and outdated, the shower had to be hand held otherwise it would spray water all over the toilet if wall mounted. Breakfast could do with some more options.

Really nice host! Going above and beyond for his guests. Lovely tree house rooms and a nice bar to have a drink. Cute atmosphere!

Everything was good expect from the shower head needed a good scrub.

The staff were so lovely and very accommodating. Helped so much and kindly upgraded whilst there was an issue in another room. An amazing view and very cute bungalows. In a good location not far from the beach. That beach is a must visit. Do visit the cafe that they have, the views and food is just amazing. Would recommend to stay there. Friendliest staff I have met. Thank you!

It was a little out of the way from the town but easy with a moped. There is a lot of steep steps to get up to the rooms which was a struggle sometimes but out of the control of the owners.

The staff were so nice and accommodating to help us upgrade our room. They were also very helpful in organising taxis and motorbike rental for us. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Everything was perfect. They even gave us earplugs in case the noise from the nearby road would be an inconvenience.

the staff were so amazing. Cannot wait to go back! We had the best time here and wish we had longer to stay there. met the owner and he was also super great. We bonded with the resident cat and just loved the view!
