We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThis is the first time after check in we got a room that is still not yet clean after the last guest left. We were checked in around 8 o'clock in the evening. Stay for 4 days and 2 out of 4 days the room key need to be updated. Our room located in the front of the building do not know which is worse to listen to the noise of the street outside or the elevator that keep making sound everytime it starts.
It just less than 10 minutes walk from BTS Ratchatewi station. Lots of food stalls and convenient stores. The bed is so comfortable and the AC is just cool!!!

United States- My lower decker is a Tatami bed, so I needed to crawl into the bed through a curtain; - The room has no extra space except walking through; - Anyone taller than 5.5 may find it difficult to sit up inside the bunk bed; - Towels are old - Poor water drainage and dripping in bathroom, toiletries are not refilled; - staff could be more hospitable
- Great location to public transport, but it’s located next to a 6-lane busy road, so 24-hour traffic noise is the background music

Great spot, the guy that checked us in lived in California so it was amazingly easy to get things done and even talk about the good ol' days of 10 years ago. The beds are huge, the bathroom is like a mini airport (In a good way) with hot water and sinks..It's next to a LOT of food and what not. Over all one of the better spots in Bangkok for sure
