The location is good because it’s located at central of Jomtien beach, before booking just confirm from owner if have downside bed Available in bunk room because upside are not comfortable. The owner is nice person because I call him and he deal the problem very politely.

The bathroom needs work.

It's a cheap, basic room, but it's extremely spacious and the bed is good. The location is also good. To the owner: If you could clean up the hallways leading upstairs and do a basic renovation of the bathroom, the overall feel of the hotel would improve greatly. Also, some more clear signage as well. I went into the weed shop beside the entrance as it seemed to be the same place. The guy in there gave me a blank stare when I asked about the hotel...which I guess is to be expected in a weed shop lol But A big, clear sign for the guesthouse with the number would help. And note that a lot of travelers from abroad don't actually have phone or internet service when they arrive. Having said all that, I was only there a night due to everything being booked for a festival taking place in Jomtien...and it wasn't a bad place to stay as long as your expectations are for a very basic and not super clean hotel.

There are 8 beds, not 6 like said on Booking. And it is not a hostel or a guesthouse, its just a room. The bathroom and the balcony really need to be cleaned daily

For a week stay there I didn't get free water, nobody clean my room (I asked for it several times), never change linen. To get change towels I had to message 3 days. Not like most guesthouses.

It was fine for just a place to sleep though the bed was kinda springy so had to move around a lot to get comfortable. The sink and toilet seat were broken so water went everywhere when running the tap and it felt like I’d fall off the toilet seat

I liked the location. It was close to bars, food and the beach which was nice. Just kinda confusing to know where it is so the ladies at the hairdresser had to call for me then I never saw the staff again once I got my key.

Probably never cleaned. All by code so the lady has no idea of who comes and who leaves. Bedsheet that saw countless people before you. Some mattress are the worst ever built with terrible springs (I am no fancy guy, I sleep on the floor with no hesitation), some other mattresses are good, I changed bed and all fine, but if you get there late, ouch! Bathroom thrash was a pile of takeaway food tall as a small human, far too many meals, it means it was there since forever.

It has the exact same name of the adjacent Hostel just adding the "& Guesthouse". This is the bad one though. Sketchy room on the third floor of a beauty salon in a prostitution street. There is balcony, fridge and kettle. no socket for charging on the bed. BOOK on the JOMTIEN BEACH HOSTEL just next door, that's the one you were looking for. This is not even that cheap if you think that with 3-400 baht you can find private rooms.

Very disappointed with the room: I booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Absolutely terrible. The pictures of the room were good, but they do not match the reality. The room was dirty. The bathroom mirror was full of old toothpaste. No towels, soap, toilet paper or TV. The double bed is broken on the left side (springs are broken). Asked for a price rejection directly without being heard. Had prepaid so we didn't get a refund. Absolutely awful, steer clear!

When I first arrived the owner forgot to give me proper check in instructions so I had no way to access the room on my own, also the address needs to be updated on google maps for future guests in order to be able to find the property as the old address is still listed resulting in wasted time and money on transport. The 2nd day in the room I had property of mine stolen from this room and the owner is never around so other guests have pretty much free reign to do whatever they want. The ceiling is too low for the top bunks so a lack of air and breathablity. There were drunk tourists partying all night in the room and another guest left the light on at 3 a.m. to go to the toilet and didn't close it so difficult to get a good night's sleep in this room do to behaviour of other guests. The location is noisy due to proximity of go go bars so if looking for a quiet place in Jomtein this isn't it.

The room was clean with a large bathroom and a nice sized balcony. Room came with a fridge.

Cheating It's not a real one They take money in advance through our debit/credit card. There is no hotel/hostel in Pattaya They cheat 900 THB from me yesterday, I have the proof I already complained to the police with all the proofs.. after we did online payment only we could know there is no hotel and this is fantastic cheating.. I kindly request to everyone please don't do advance payment to hotel bookings
