There were renovations going on above our room ,fair enough during the day but at 11pm ?? bang bang bang !! To be fair I told management about it the next day and they replied that the work was supposed to cease at 5pm and to ring them if it did not. Next day after 5pm there was no noise.

The views were awesome and the tower cub was excellent value . Just stay out of the bars if you don't want to pay extreme prices , like 1400 baht was the cheapest cocktail .

It was very expensive to eat in the restaurants. The drink prices on the 64th floor were absolutely stupid and putting sliced ginger instead of lemon in a gin and tonic is a sin. We ate once in the poolside restaurant. We were the only ones there. Must tell you something is not right.

The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The breeze lounge was superb, as were the staff.

The area around the hotel is a little grim to walk through at night.

The only slight disappointment was that the “temporary” Sky Bar that was there when we visited last August has been closed. We loved it as it had a more intimate atmosphere as well as the amazing views. Maybe Lebua can re-introduce it in future!

Always have a great time at Lebua, room was amazing, 58th floor and incredible views. We had booked a “city view” as the river view was not available but we still had a great view of the river plus amazing views out across Bangkok. We were there over the Easter holidays and when we came back to the room we had a lovely chocolate Easter egg and message from the staff. Breakfast is always fabulous and the staff are great. Having stayed at another 5* hotel at the end of our trip which was hugely disappointing, l can honestly say that Lebua is our favourite hotel in Bangkok (so far).

Staff accommodating even though we arrived early at 9am, they let us check in early. The room that was available at the time was smoking room but you hardly noticed the smoke smell. Do good job cleaning!.

Tv choices were very limited in room , a modern upgrade with multi functional smart TV is needed, Room decor and carpets in Tower suites are a bit tired and worn .

The only negative comment I would have, is that if you decide to visit the Sky bar, the drinks are extremely expensive. I understand you are paying for the service and the view but I do think the price of the drinks are excessive. However this would by no means put me off staying again!!

I have stayed at this property multiple times. Every time I stay. The staff cannot do enough for you. The Rooms are fantastic and the breakfast is incredible. We were upgraded to a larger suite which added to our fantastic experience.
