We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHard bed. Have to pay extra for more pillows (only 2 come on the bed, I’m accustomed to having 4 pillows in hotels). Aircon wasn’t as strong as I’d like in the room, and no aircon in the gym. Bathroom has almost no ventilation so any smell lingered & it felt very stuffy. None of these are a big deal for a one night stay!
Cheap, convenient location. Good for a one night stop over to/from Samui or Phangan. Lovely staff/receptionist.

AustraliaWe thought we’d found a this perfect, quiet place to stay. Then around 10pm (on a Tuesday night) some karaoke or loud music started nearby. This went on until about 1am. It wasn’t too penetrating- blocked easily with earplugs- but a bit of an annoyance.
Very clean, we found the firm bed comfortable, the pool was lovely, free breakfast decent, helpful front desk staff provided info for getting a minivan to Hat Yai. We stayed 1 night in a large double room.

Clean hotel room and nice pool. Breakfast with water melon, egg, toast and jam. Theoretically has a sports room too which we didn't use.

Clean and breakfast was nice, Television didn't work. Bed was hard, the location was very good some good places to go out for dinner. Staff were great and helpful. Owner of the property could allow is staff to have aircon on when you walk into reception. Very uncomfortable when it's hot outside and inside the. Building. Use the aircon and close doors. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic and very nice.

New ZealandThe hardest beds we've had so far (3 weeks of travel). Had a terrible sleep. No additional towels offered for the pool, even when asked, so we had to use our room towels which meant they were very wet for showering.
Simple little hotel, did the trick for catching the ferry the next morning. The pool was lovely. Staff were friendly, and eggs, toast and fruit offered for breakfast which was included in the price we paid.

The Top Residence is located in a good and quiet location, within walking distance as well as by car restaurants and entertainment venues. The rooms are well furnished, according to the description on Booking.com. Automatic and easy-to-use coffee machine with selections of various types of coffee and other drinks. The offer for breakfast is sufficient, although the choice at the buffet is limited. Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff at the reception as well as in the room where breakfast is served.
