Very nice, clean and safe villa. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. We can highly recommend the villa to anyone staying in Krabi.

There are some loud motorcycles passing the road in the night but this is something not dependent on the host. No more issues found.

Comfortable house for a family. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, tarace, swimming pool with a nice lighting when it is dark, everything you need for a stay. Clean and cosy apartment. Very polite and friendly contact with an owner, he resolves all the issues immediatelly. We also rented a car from the house owner. Transfers from the pier and to the airport were arranged by the host. Very punctual. There was a ball to play in a swimming pool, flip flops for the guest and even umbrellas. You need to know that the house is not located in the city center so better to rent a scooter or a car. All was good so I give the highest rating. Thx a lot.

The location is ideal if you have a scooter or other transport. 100THB each way to Ao Nang isn't too dear, but it can add up. The eco water pressure is a little lackluster for the bidet & shower, but still passable & pleasant. The stove top is a bit irksome. It doesn't like to stay hotter than 6/10. But seriously, there is so much delicious & cheap local food around that you don't need to cook.

Remy, our host, went above & beyond. Not only does he make sure to have stylish pitchers of cold water already chilled, but he also has a pump for additional filtered water. The beds are super comfy & I've never had softer sheets in my life! Seats, chairs, couches are very comfy & the setting is luxurious. The pool area is lovely & they supply plenty of towels. There's a local convenience store 100m away, too. Every business that Remy works with will give you discounts if you book through him, and they have great quality services & activities. We booked massage, SCUBA diving & snorkeling. Better than all expectations. If being right by the beach isn't a requirement, you'd be silly not to book here!

The hosts Remi and Pu, were very helpful and nice in every aspect. Both spoke very good English so the communication was very easy. The house is big and clean with a lovely pool and outdoor shower. I also highly recommend having a outdoor massage that lays only 200 meters away. There is also a cafe (Dot Cafe) a little down the road with good breakfast and lunch/meals, that comes recommended. All in all a very nice stay.

Mosquitos were pretty active around the villa in the evening hours but this isn't unique to this property, just something to keep in mind.

Our stay at the Ton Yaang private pool villa was excellent. Pu was a very friendly and gracious host. She really made us feel welcome and shared a lot of information about local attractions. She helped arrange a few things for us and was always available if we had questions during our stay. It was absolutely exceptional service for all parts of our stay. Thanks again Pu! The villa itself was very clean, spacious and private. The pool and outside area was very nice as well, safe and secure with the locking gate. The location was convenient for exploring nearby cafes, shops and outdoor attractions. The villa was pet friendly for our cat, he loved running around both inside and out. It definitely felt like home to us - it was a perfect way to explore Krabi!

The only thing that we did not like was having to leave.

The whole villa and experience was absolutely outstanding! This place has all the amenities you require, abundant in home comforts, fantastic kitchen, immaculate cleanliness throughout, the fixtures & fittings are of high quality, the property has excellent security and privacy. The pool was exceptional and we (especially the kids) lived in it. FYI, The Wifi speed was 450mps download! Never seen speed like it in 20 years here. Our expectations were completely exceeded. I also happen to think that this is one of the best value places that we have stayed for the price. The location is absolutely perfect, on a quiet road a couple of km from the main hustle and bustle of the town which is ideal for couples or families with young children such as ours. There is a small shop that sells all of your essentials a 2min walk away, and with a rubber tree backdrop we found the peace and quiet that we were looking for, without any cars or bikes tearing past during the day or evening (there are speed bumps that help to keep traffic as slow and quiet as possible) . Despite all of these fantastic qualities, a very special mention and thank you must go to the owner Pu, who genuinely demonstrated the trademark, wonderful hospitality that Thailand is famous for. Pu made sure that we had all we needed, met us upon arrival, guided us around the home and features and was only a text message away at all times. She arranged regular cleaning at convenient times when were were out for the day, including a deep pool clean so everything was in order at all times. Pu can also arrange any day trip tickets including island hops and vehicle hire and provides a binder with all the information you need to make best use of your time whilst in Ao Nang, from the comfort of the Villa. My wife's favorite experience was the home visit 2 hour massage, for a cheaper price than you will find anywhere in town. Thank you Pi Pu for the fantastic experience, we will be booking for next year very soon!

Pu, the owner is very nice and helpful. The villa is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The atmosphere is perfectly relaxing. Next time we will definitely stay longer.
