Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA very large room with comfortable bed, a hot shower and a balcony to sit out on with a nice enough view to mountains in the distance. There was a fridge (we noticed them in most rooms) and we were given a kettle, cups etc when we asked for some. We were given water, coffee, soaps toilet paper daily and offered cleaning, which we didn't need. We couldn't have asked for more for the price we paid. You'll find the location more convenient if you have transport, but it is walkable to the town centre. There is a convenient little shop on the ground floor and there are restaurants very nearby. We particularly liked Khao Nawit restaurant - next right off the main road outside the hotel and it's a few hundred yards up the road that leads to the centre. We'd stay there again.

ThailandThe main reason of the low score that they sold my PREPAID room to someone. This is ridiculous. I've booked the room in advance, PREPAID (pay attention on this word during my review) full amount, plus MENTIONED in the comment that we will arrive at around 4-5AM (check out time 12.00). We wanted to rest a couple of hours, which is our right as the room is ours till 12.00. When we arrived, the guy at the reception said that they have no room because they sold my PREPAID room to someone else. A miserable way to get some revenue. BUT they CAN NOT do that with PREPAID rooms. If I didn't pay for my room in advance, if it was payment at the hotel, I could understand, BUT with PREPAID room they can not do it, it's so silly to think that they could do double the amount of the room. So we ended up staying at the lobby from 5.00 till 9.00. Don't think that you will have room in this hotel even if you do prepayment. They will sell your room to someone else if you not come in their comfortable time. Of course I returned money, they had no choice, but anyway, we had to wait at the lobby for many hours all night because of their greediness to make more revenue by cheating with prepaid rooms.
