The wood around the bed often hit of it, we could hear the next villa when in bathroom, didn't like that key is so big

Nothing to not like

Absolutely everything, the villas are beautiful, extremely big and roomy, the grounds are tropical and gorgeous, pool is wonderful, located in quiet end of Karon with park/pond across the road, restaurants nearby, local mini mart and 7eleven not far. Could not fault this resort, highly recommended and will be staying here again!

Nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful resort that was peaceful and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We had a garden villa and despite originally hoping for a pool front villa, think the garden villa was more private and quiet. I also used the spa on my last day and had the best massage I all of Thailand. I had used local massages due to the cost difference, but the Village Spa was superior and worth the extra. Food was also clean and varied. Swimming pools were beautiful!

Nothing, the place is amazing.

The villa was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the courtains didn't allow the light to come through making it a great environment to sleep. The wood in the villa, warm decoration, and lighting created a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. The environment in the villa complex is very cosy. I particularly like the warm lighting. Even when music is played in the bar, that doesn't disturb us in the villa because of the excellent noise isolation. Service was beyond excellent. Staff were very useful and friendly. We got the villa with pool access and it was amazing to get out of the room and get in the pool right outside the room. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this resort.

Bed too hard

Lovely tranquil resort. Beautiful villa. Loved the convenience of the pool, restaurant and room service. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, main area of Karon. Would stay again!

The bed was extremely hard which ended up giving me severe backache. Unfortunately due to this I would not be able to stay at this hotel again. We would have preferred less loud music being played during the day.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and enjoyable pool. Good location close to the beach and restaurants. Very friendly staff especially Dean. The Thai food served in the restaurant is delicious.

The water pressure of the shower was not strong. The AC position in the bedroom is not good. The air flow is direct to our face. It's not comfortable to sleep with the AC on.

It was a pleasant stay here. The room was beautiful and very Thai stye. We loved it. The staff made us very welcomed. We enjoyed the pool, food and spa there. It was a very relaxing vacation first time in Thailand.

These items were definitely not deal breakers for us… The bed was traditional Thai style so very hard, ok if you don’t mind this though. You are unable to leave the power on whilst out so as soon as you return you need to plug the mosquito zapper in. The bacon at breakfast was extremely hard to chew - this would be easy to fix by not over cooking it.

We loved the location, short walk to beach, shops & eating areas. The gardens are simply stunning & the pool was amazing. We like the fact that it was very quiet but still close enough to everything. It has a real Thai feel which we love, lots of timbers throughout. Breakfast was good but the bacon was always overcooked, staff were lovely & accommodating, very clean & tidy. Overall a great place to stay & we would definitely stay again. A bonus for us was that children under 12 are not permitted (sorry but all our children are grown up so we were happy about this 🫣)

You can easily hear the people next to you, who were also smoking. Kids were allowed as well, which impacted our stay. If you want a taxi to the airport make sure to tell the front desk 24 hours in advance- we didn’t and had to find our own. Our front door was poorly kept, which allowed bugs to get in.

The pool villa is a must! Almost like having a private pool to yourself. Huge room that was very clean. Room service food was excellent and cheap as well. A lot of people write that they are trying to push their food to make money- but it is worth it and safer than eating around/outside the property.

The rooms could do with a refresh, there were a few bleach stains around the toilet and it was quite dark

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the pool is very relaxing. We also enjoyed lunch at the pool bar and had a walk to the local shops/restaurants which were easy to get to.

Very minor point - Mattress and pillows a bit too firm for me but if you like a hard mattress then no worries.

Spacious and clean with excellent access to the pool which was right in front of the door. The spa was great value and the happy hour cocktails were very tasty.
