Amazing Stay, lovely Staff, beautiful private villas. We went there in August which is low season, a few showers but the weather was still very good. Caution to guest, if travelling in August, take mosquito repellent with you.

I noticed some insects in some of the rooms. I believe that measures to control pests should be improved to ensure guests' comfort

The resort is fine, Ibooked 1 villa and 2 suite rooms. There was some delay at check-in, but I was compensated with a delicious lunch. Overal good service. The only thing you need to keep in mind is the prices are higher because it’s a island. There not a lot of thing to do on the island besides from the activities the resorts offers.

I noticed that the staff didn’t always wipe the tables with the disinfectant spray between guests. In fact the table wasn’t always clean when I’d sit down but I didn’t make a big deal about it. Most show a happy face but it’s clear that the majority of staff don’t seem interested in going above and beyond so there’s clearly a moral issue at the deeper level. In one situation, my friends and I were dining and one asked for a bit of mayo. The server said they don’t have mayo. That server is a manly Asian girl (low cut hair) with a sad countenance. I ignored her refusal and asked a manager for the mayonnaise in a matter of seconds.

The all-inclusive package is value for money and all guests should inquire about this.

- a lot of insects inside the room including cockroaches - bad sound isolation , we couldn’t sleep in the first night as the neighbours were loud -the privet pool is very shallow, approximately 1 meter deep, not worth it at all - the area around the pool was not clean

We went there with full board option. We didn’t know, all drinks with payment. They only allowed us a bottle of water in our lunch and dinner. Even they asked us money for 2nd bottle of water during dinner. It shouldn’t be like this. During our stay They have changed only once our towels in 5 days. Also what in finish inside the room, they never renew or put there again, for example we have finished our tea bags and they have never put again another one. They always put 3 bottles of water each day, it was not enough for me and for my family. Also we saw two times insects inside the our room, they can do better pest control. Also, it can be more options for food. Their mainland reception can be more generous at first coming. They haven’t offered anything after long trips to reach the location. First arrival, We waited the transfer boat for 45 minutes, they haven’t offered a cup of tea or coffee after our check in, in mainland reception. It shouldn’t be like this.

The hotel workers are very good. Once a time, one of workers came and asked us, do we need anything from kitchen before they close, it was so thoughtful behavior. First night, we had dinner very late time. One of receptionist, who is Mr. June, helped us a lot, many thanks to him.

It was very hard to connect with reception after 6 pm .. it was nice if restaurants were had enough fans as we had very difficult time due to sweating specially our 7 months baby.

Location is good . Breakfast buffet was perfect. Spa is nice and kind staff as well. Hotel has nice daycare for kids and activities as well.

The carpets in the villa were so dirty and asked to be cleaned and no one came to vacuum them. The cleaner literally ignored the request on my face. Also asked for towels and they took ages to come (we didn't have clean towels in the room for 3 hours and couldn't shower). The pool also was dirty with leaves, again no one came to clean it and request was ignored. Slow service and bad for a Barcelo hotel. You should go and learn from the headquarters in Spain! The Aperol Spirit from the main bar was horrible too but costed 26 EUR. Customer profile is family with kids...which may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Nice villa with private pool, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The italian restaurant is very nice. Good value for money still.

Some cleaners/gardeners lady kept entering the outside of our Villa several times probably to do some cleaning, perhaps they should be briefed not to enter while guest are there. However no harm was done.

The best resort with a nature surrounding. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and filling everyday. Good Halal options for muslims. The Kabang Restaurant served us delicious food everyday loved it so much especially the Thai food.

Reception a bit of a shambles - nobody keen to help check us in or help with issues, phones not answered etc Some rooms/buildings in need of some TLC - looking v tired. Sea not clear as mud rather than sand base. Could do with more information about the hotel and signage to help you get around. Trips over priced.

Food and drink generally good with really friendly staff. Some good live music.

The rooms are a bit old and the jacuzzi behind was not always very clean (but it was the rainy season).

The location, the staff and the activities! We had a very relaxing stay and we enjoyed very much the spa, the cooking class as well as the tour to Phi Phi Island. We recommend!

this is the worst point , Unable to swim in the sea, clay bottom. Suggest the resort should work on seaside to make it sandy ground. - reception is narrow and small area - Dogs around the pool and Resturant, not comfortable. - Resturants are crowded at the breakfast specially after 9:30am - Since there's no market on-site, the resort should create a small one. Many similar resorts and hotels have this, especially in remote areas.

- Swimming pool 24/7 - Water slide was amazing for kids and us - Good activities at kids club - Good breakfast at two Resturants - Villa with two bedrooms was good in size and private pool was amazing - Villa was having good toilet for master room - location was amazing of the resort in nature and in front of the beach - Good staff and supporting all the time. - boat taxi between Phuket and coconut island was quick and easy to book.

The sea bed once a couple of metres in has muddy sea bed which does not help the enjoyment. The sea water is also not clear despite the waves being small. The hotel did offer to take people every day to another island which is meant to have clear sea water etc. Some construction works ongoing and Koko restaurant was closed as its seasonal. Not sure where this was stated. Perhaps I missed it, but meant you are restricted to two main restaurants and one bar. Food service was slow even though the place was not that busy.

Food was mostly amazing but a couple of misses where the food wasn’t Thai, I think because of a lack of understanding of what these dishes would look like/contain in other parts of the world. That said, I was very impressed with the range of food and the restaurants ability to support gluten free options.

Great set up by the adults pool, the sun loungers were the most comfortable I’ve ever laid on! Great vibe, had atmosphere without being too noisy. Food offerings were fabulous.

The slides were closed (that was not notified prior to booking), and the cost of food/drinks is a little exxy compared to other spots in Phuket, which is partly due to lack of competition on the island. Stop on the way to the island and load up with beers, snacks etc., from a 7/11 prior to getting there as no options on the island itself.

It was a nice spot, away from the hustle and bustle. The Staff were generally very attentive and helpful

They unfortunately don’t have enough staff to service the property according to its amount of guests and villas. The restaurant for breakfast was always very busy with waiting for a table as well as the buffet wasn’t filled up properly on time. The housekeeping wasn’t really good. Most of the time the floor and furnitures stayed dirty during the stay, unless you complain at the reception, which wouldn’t be.

The Resort is very peaceful and quiet. We have booked a 2 bedroom sea view villa which has been fully renovated. The view was amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially inside the restaurant, the boat staff and the gardeners.
