Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It’s my second time here and I can be sure, that it’s a good choice for a single travelers and a couple with a limited budget. Renovated lobby looks very nice, cozy and comfortable; there is a coffee machine, tea, cookies and fruits from 7 am to 3.30 pm. Also, there is a pool outside, although we didn’t use it - it was a rainy season:) And you can do a laundry for a small price. Room was clean but it needs renovation. Staff is amazing, very friendly and hospitable.

The Tint is a quaint and homey hotel located at the heart of Old Town. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. Housekeeping cleans daily and changes towels. The free items in the minibar are restcked daily. The common area is very useful for big groups when we share meals, complete with everything you need.

And also we were sooo lucky to meet our ever best receptionist that time, which made us so happy!!!

United KingdomWe had a wonderful stay for 2 nights at the Tint hotel in Phuket Old town. Friendly helpful staff, with pool available and teas / coffees snacks also available whenever you want them. Just a short walk from the old town and a range of great restaurants and bars. Would highly reccommend and will stay again next time we are in the old town! 5/5

NetherlandsIt can be noisy with doors slamming and people talking in the corridor. The rooms are somewhat worn out with floors and doors and bathroom clearly at age. Room wasn't very clean with hairs on the ground.
Nice place at a good location in Phuket Old Town. Beds are good and good facilities at the reception with a nice place to sit down, free coffee and swimming pool.

BelgiumThe room needs some renovation, everything looks bit old ( bathroom moldy and no hand soap ). The housekeeping is very late sometimes at 4pm! Very annoying. The decoration reminds me of children hospital. The mattress very hard ( maybe consider to add a soft cover mattress for bit more comfort???)
Community area very modern clean and beautiful. Nice small swimming pool.. Spotless kitchen and complimentary fresh fruits ! In the room I had at least 3 English movies channels ( not very common in phuket ). Minibar in the room and plenty of space ( very functional room - I hade de superior with balcony )
