I like the service. The reception team is helpful. Especially the lady (wearing green outfit I believe) sorry cannot remember the name, who is working at the breakfast restaurant, she is very kind.

We spent 10 days here and it was pure bliss. The resort is stunning, food was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Special shout out to Jackie and team at the pool bar.

2 rooms of ours are too much humidity. Once you enter the room, you can smell it. Quite unpleasant. We have to request dehumidifiers in the rooms for the whole stay (2 nights). Breakfast is ok not outstanding. Pool is small for guests (the whole resort).

The pool area was really crowded but then again, that could have been just because i was there on a weekend.

The hotel ground was exceptional. Beautifully landscaped and spotless. The staff were impeccably trained and an absolute joy to interact with. The resort facilities, including the rooms, food, everything else were just top notch. Loved the Bluetooth speaker in the room. Sitting out on the balcony in the evenings was a bliss unlike any other.

Oh, the breakfast room with an aircon is too small and we were set with the shared table with others. I mean it wasn't on the same table but only little space between our table and the table next to us which i think it's not comfortable.

I love the breakfast line, the common areas are chic and modern. We also got an upgraded which I never expected it before. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We would love to be there again.

Not enough umbrellas around the pool.. It would be great to have a shop with things like a S tandard tee shirt or key chains etc etc..A real shop i mean not just a few items with not a lot of intetest...There is room enough😊

The standard is really amazing.Nicely done, stylish, lots of vegetation, flowers, nice pool area and in front of the beach.The standard rooms are big enough and convenient. Breakfast is great with a very good quality products and a lot of choices for everyone.The staff is nice and polite.

Bar prices by the pool. They run a Happy Hour but it has complicated conditions. Some drinks aren’t included. Breakfast is far too expensive. For two people it’s €42 a day. That’s just silly.

We loved everything about it. Beautiful gardens, wonderful atmosphere, very relaxing 😎. Great value for money. Stress free.

The lobby staff are not very nice, they look tired and talk loudly in groups. Rarely greets guests Not sent to the room I'm very confused because I've never seen anything like this before. If you adjust this, it will be very good.
