Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This place was amazing! All the staff were so attentive and helpful. Every last detail is thought of. The rooms are excellent! Lots of space for a family and great pools also. The kids had a great time at kids club and especially loved boxing and candle making!

OmanThe only reason I gave a low rating was because of the food, lol. The buffet breakfast was quite disappointing. I returned to the same restaurant for a quick meal before leaving for the airport, and the chicken satay I had ordered was raw - I noticed about halfway through, and it made me feel quite sick. However, the staff were absolutely amazing and dealt with it in a professional and efficient manner - so I'll always give them an excellent rating.
Everything you have read about this place is true. It is truly incredible. The location, the staff, the facilities. Everything was fantastic.

KenyaIf you are looking to have a surreal experience, you definitely need to book one of their villas. The staffs are super nice, especially Reen. He was our relationship manager and showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has an easy access to everything you might need including beaches, shopping, spa, laundry, restaurants, market, tourist information, etc.

This hotel is incredible! We stayed here for a friends wedding, we wouldn't normally splash out like this but it was so worth it! The staff are awesome, there is a hotel app where you can book room services, activities, excursions! So many free activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, biking riding, archery etc.. the Gym was lovely and the general hotel facilities were wonderful. The breakfast was 10 of 10! Possibly the best hotel breakfast I have every had! We also got a free upgrade which was a lovely bonus. The three pools we could not fault and they have 2 separate pools for 'adults only' if you want some quiet time. The Cocoon/ nest spa area was so relaxing and peaceful.
