The place is excellent except one guy at the reception who was super rude and unfriendly. The rest of the staff were very nice, helpful, super kind and always smiling.

Breakfast could be improved. Clients are not closing their doors gently so when you sleep it wakes you. The hotel should find a way to close the doors in a gentle way.

Great staff (especially Ann), beautiful place, great spa, we appreciated the shuttle transfer to Ao Nang.

The hotel runs a shuttle to the nearby town but it’s very infrequent. They could do with having more shuttle times. You can request for the hotel to take you to the town but they charge 500 baht. The food menu at the hotel was limited and quite expensive but good quality.

The pool is the warmest pool I’ve ever been in. The hotel has a beach but you have to go quite far out to swim as it’s shallow. The hotel is a little out of the way, it’s maybe a 10 minute taxi ride to Ao Nang but it’s a very quiet area, so if you’re looking for seclusion this place is for you.

I think the hotel would benefit from a greater menu choice and different choices at the two different restaurants. We only ate lunch there and got a Grab taxi into Ao Nang in the evenings for more food options.

The property was beautiful. The room was beautiful. The staff were great! We loved the privacy and quietness of the location. Download the Grab app to get yourself cheap taxis around the island. A taxi ride to Ao Nang is only about 170 Thai baht and makes getting around super easy whilst still enjoying the exclusive and remote feel of this beautiful hotel.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were big and spacious. The staff were excellent especially R on the front desk she spoken fantastic English and was very professional and like the rest of the staff always smiling and happy to help

There was limited choice of food. Bar and restaurant had the same menu. There are limited places to eat nearby you would have expected the hotel to have a good choice of food. What they had was good so a shame really.

Lovely location to relax and enjoy the views, nicely furnished rooms and beautiful warm pools. After a couple of weeks sightseeing this was the perfect place to chill out.

Location isn’t great as it is 20+ minutes away from the center. They do offer a shuttle but it wasn’t any help because it’s only for 10 people and just 4 times per day. So it was always fully booked by I guess people that asked for it says in advance. Wasn’t really an issue though, we used grab which wasn’t expensive. You can’t really swim in the sea either, not something about the hotel, it’s just not a great beach. And the pool was always warm which kind of sucks when you’ve been in the sun and want to cool down but the water isn’t cold.

Beautiful property. Amazing views and room was great. Spa was very nice as well.

They only have one limited menu that is the same for the restaurant and the pool bar . Should really have a different one for each . If eating out not an issue .

Very warm ambiance, making you feel so relaxed. The team are wonderful and remembers you well even our morning breakfast preferred drinks. Room with pool access makes it easier for us to jump right in. The spa is definitely to die for! Will definitely return if I have another holiday in Krabi!

Maybe could improve on the surrounding lighting. At night, even walking from room to lobby can be a little scary as it's very dark. Also the breakfast buffet could have a little more variety.

The private pool villa was awesome. Room is perfect. Very good hotel staff. Ready to assist you anytime. Their in room dining delicious especially the tom yum & mango sticky rice! Perfect resort for those seeking a getaway. Really quiet & peaceful.
